  1. I don't agree that a personal trainer will necessarily run out of stuff to teach you and start ignoring you. I have a bodybuilding coach/trainer who I have worked with for nearly two years now. I started with him doing online coaching for contest prep. Ive done three preps with him now, the last for a national show in LA. I also train with him a couple times a month. The training sessions are always interesting and challenging and I have learned an enormous amount about bodybuilding. Yes, there is much more to bodybuilding than throwing weights around. When you find somebody who's good and you get really comfortable with each other, a trust develops that is hard to beat. My guy is straight and very nice to look at. He's one of those straight guys who gets gay men. He's an IFBB pro and he has huge muscles.
  2. I bought groceries yesterday and the store was jammed, like the day before a holiday. It was only after I got home and thought about it that I realized it was panic buying.
  3. I ordered a week's meals from Factor, but when I realized it was all low-carb, I cancelled. I follow a high-carb bodybuilding diet.
  4. My husband and I have been subscribers for 3 or more years. Its a real pleasure to have restaurant-quality meals several times a week. We suspended our subscription for several months last year while I was on a very restricted contest-prep diet. It was really great to start it up again. The one thing about HelloFresh that irks me is that you have to be conscientious about selecting meals every week. They repeat the default selection pretty frequently and it gets a little boring.
  5. For Y2K, I filled the bathtub with water.
  6. Sounds tasty. Strawberries are also good with black pepper.
  7. Love the stuff-the full-fat variety. It's good bye itself, with pineapple, chives, salsa, green grapes. I haven't eaten it in a long time. It's on my bodybuilding coach's very short list of verboten items. He says the calories from dairy and sugar go straight to the waistline.
  8. Is it possible that a LTR isn't the goal in these relationships that don't last? There may be nothing wrong with the people involved-something long term just wasn't the object.
  9. I worked on the 1980 census. I got hired maybe halfway into it. My supervisor came to my apartment and trained me. You got paid a piece rate for the number of forms you completed. There were short forms and long forms, with the rate for the long form paying about twice the rate for the short form. There were friendly neighborhoods and difficult neighborhoods. In some neighborhoods people were polite and nice-they might even ask you in and offer you something to drink. Other neighborhoods the people were suspicious or even openly hostile and they made you stay on the porch.

    Condom Fit

They do fit small guys really well.
  11. Not long ago, I hired a Latin massage guy. There was an obvious attraction between us and it got hot pretty quickly. It was a memorable experience - he was easily one of the most satisfying sex partners I've ever had. I would play with him over and over again if he were local.

  13. Fine with me.
  14. I live in an Asian part of town and the crowd at my gym is at least 50% Asian. Some really stunning men train there, but I have never gotten the impression that any of them are gay. I finally, only recently, met somebody who im sure is into guys. He's a small guy, wiry, muscular, handsome, smart. I really look forward to running into him. I might suggest a coffee date the next time I see him.

  16. I think the pra Right - I didn't think they shaved surgical sites anymore, they just use clippers. it's been found that shaving increases chance of a postoperative infection.

  18. Sorry to hear about the pneumonia.
  19. I don't understand the preoccupation with knowing an escort's real name. You're still a client. It seems like trying to distract yourself from the fact that he's an escort and you're a client. I don't fight being a client or try to avoid the reality of the relationship. I think once you're a client with a guy, you should probably satisfy yourself with remaining a client.

    Too honest?

So you're going to double-double check the veracity of my story. I imagine if your colleague's account differs from mine in anyway, I will go back, in your mind, to being a liar.
  21. Forum members are either hot or cold about Unicorn. Actually, a lot of people post about details of their lives. There's no reason why Unicorn shouldnt also. The thing that's distinctive about Unicorn is that he just has so many complaints. He suffers a lot because things aren't to his liking. It is the type of suffering referred to in the Three Noble Truths of Buddhism.

    Too honest?

Not so long ago, it was seen as a kindness to lie to the terminally ill about their prognosis. Better not to burden them with the truth.

    Too honest?

I don't keep track either, but when unpleasant interactions with a particular person are so frequent, one tends to remember them.

You have this reflexive tendency to make unwarranted assumptions. I never said that his providers refused to answer questions he asked them about his prognosis. In situations like this, which were commonplace, I assumed that the patient hand't asked and the professonals taking care of him hadn't initiated the conversation. I will say that it was commonplace for patients to wait until very late in the game before they asked any questions, if they did at all. It was also commonplace for patients to figure it out on there own. A lot of guys would tell me that they knew they didn't have long to live. Occasionally, there was rare doctor who initiated an appropriate conversation and didn't bullshit the patient. Occasionally, a patient would tell me,"Well, he was straight with me. Gotta respect him for that," or something like that. I probably would have been counseled if the administration had found out about the conversation, but who would tell them? The dead patient?

Unicorn and I have always had a contentious relationship.
