  1. Hi, I had the same questions so reached out to some of the people who have reviewed him recently on RM. Responses were super positive and enthusiastic about both his looks (better than his pictures) and his performance. So reached out to him -- his working name is Sebastian btw -- and we've had a great exchange about where he excels, which is as a bottom who likes to be dominated. What was especially notable is that he proactively brought this up. Its not what I asked him for, it was what he raised in advising me that this is what he prefers and does well. So ding ding ding, I'm sold and am now trying to find a time to schedule him in SD.
  2. Well I think this ad is really great. While he may not be into a "pure" BFE he conveys very clearly that what he offers is the "bottom" BFE. Kudos to him for explicitly saying what he likes, and giving us a much better sense than most ads do about what he does and doesn't offer. Its the opposite of generic or vague -- so damn refreshing!
  3. Right, the ones on RM. Older comments on this board, not so much.
  4. There's been commentary from time to time on this forum about some service providers using pictures that look like them intstead of their own for privacy protection reasons. Not sure that I get it, but guess its a thing. And not quite as cut and dried as the idea that if you're using fake pics there must be intent to deceive.
  5. Right, one doesn't know that photos are fake until they're exposed as such.
  6. Now that you mention this, I got the traffic thing too and had him hotel valet on my bill to help him defray that cost. Sounds like its a regular device he uses.
  7. One of the RM reviews is mine. I liked what I saw when we met, some pics may be fake but he was attractive and nicely built and the pics overall are fairly representative. He's also nicely flirty and easy to talk to, though his chatter was cluelessly self-promoting and mercenary. I'd chalk that up to immaturity under other circumstances, but he just didn't deliver a great experience, and more specifically didn't arrive prepared to perform as discussed in planning. Definitely won't repeat.
  8. I know this forum is by definition not a review site, but in my book its the most informative and reliable (not always, but usually) place to get information about a service provider. In other words, I use it as a complement and in some cases an alternative to review sites. Is this carefully worded enough, lol?
  9. Yes, and via Safari, which wasn't working last week.
  10. Wow, 3/week average over 8 mos. My mind boggles! At the risk of diverting to tangent, I want to use your fresh market research: Top 5? And why?
  11. Right, it was the Monday after Pride Week in DC. They were there for the festivities, working on the side to cover expenses. Room was in a B&B just off Dupont Circle. The provider was one of the guys I saw regularly, and I have to say that he went the extra mile to make up for the sketchy ambiance. Still -- couldn't get into the shower fast enough back at my hotel.
  12. I've thought about this and wonder what others think and do. Don't think I've seen it discussed. I travel a lot, and hire when visiting other cities. Sometimes I hire local denizens, and like that because I can build longer term arrangements as I come and go to that town. Also, when I hire a visitor I get the impression he's dealing with making enough to cover travel expenses, so has added pressure to see as many clients as possible and to cut costs. Had an experience where I could tell there were at least two, maybe three, different service providers sharing the same hotel room -- there were 2 guys waiting on the steps outside for me to leave, and neither of them looked like a client -- and it was a dump to begin with! Can barely imagine how gross that bed linen was! Of course the visitors make it possible to see people from places that aren't on my travel itinerary, a definite pro there. Have also learned to only do in calls at my hotel, where I KNOW who has been between the sheets. Thoughts, other lessons learned, advice?
  13. Confirming! Tristan has all his teeth, and is never pale!
  14. I think another reason is that Canada has never had a serious mass killing event and is on high alert to prevent. That's what I've been told by several Canadians. Alternatively, maybe they're treating the Handmaid's Tale as more than a cautionary tale given the rise in support for theocracy in their neighbor to the South.
  15. What a world. I've made my peace with the fact that I have no privacy, that every digital place I visit, every phone call I have is being monitored. So, basically I don't care what people know about me. Just haven't wrapped my head around the post-Rentboy/CraigsList fact that governments care enough about consensual sex transactions between consenting adults to actually intervene.
  16. Hmmm, I wonder if they're looking at client profiles yet? And are they just examining cell phones, or diving deeper, e.g. website memberships, search histories? Brave new world.
  17. Thx G, silly me -- hadn't thought to change browsers. Just got it to work on Chrome too. Had been using Safari -- may be a Mac update issue there.
  18. OMG, this is way worse than what happened to me. Same behaviors, but results were so much more disruptive for you.
  19. Hi there. I've been using the hide.me free proxy VPN to view comments left by RM reviewers that are blocked in the US. Its worked like a charm until last weekend, and now doesn't. Wondering if there's some new trick to using that I've missed? Or an alternative?
  20. I travel a fair bit internationally for work, and have the same experience with Canada being a huge pain in the ass. On my last visit as I was reentering the US, they pulled me out of line because my passport had a stamp on an inside cover page, one of the pages where there is instruction "Do not use this page." I said something to the effect of "Well, that's not my fault" which triggered abrupt action to pull me out of line and into a private room, where it was communicated with indirect words but very direct tone that they had the power to make me miss my plane. I was then told that my passport was too full and that I had to get a new one. On the visit before this one, I was grilled about why I was entering and forced to register as doing business in Canada and pay a fee because I was getting an honorarium covering expenses for presenting at a conference. Very tough place.
