All of the moderators have my phone number. I explained what was happening to everyone that pinged me. I did not have my offline list as this happened while I was traveling for my day job. (Yes a perfect storm of crap to happen at once!)

I have reason to suspect at least one account posting in this thread may be the provider himself as: - that account was just recently created - that account has reported multiple topics that discuss the provider which were not found to be in violation of our community guidelines. - that account also has an over the top glowing review of the provider. Normally any one of three would not be suspicious, but combining all three does give me pause. Take that for what you will.

I wish I could say that for myself! The last few days have been interesting to say the least.

Greetings folks... As you might have noticed, this site has been offline since around mid-day Tuesday. Our prior hosting provider decided that they are unable to continue hosting our website and had ended service to us. Unfortunately they did not provide any notification to me about this decision and I was forced to move the site to a new server without any sort of heads up. This includes arranging for the new hosting company, configuring the new server to meet the technical requirements, getting a copy of our current data, restoring that data (over 300GB of files), recovering the database (over 18.5 million records in that database taking up 11GB of space for the DB alone), and reconfiguring the software itself to run in the new environment. While migrating there was also some technical issues that I ran into that required me to coordinate with Invision's technical support team. So that back and forth added additional time to the mix as well. And to pile on further… all of this occurred while I'm traveling for my day job. So I've been doing this while in a hotel in between doing my day job on the road. There are most likely several other things that will need to be fixed still and I'm working through them. For example, email may only be partially working. I still need to setup things like SPF and DKIM for the new server so our emails don't flag as spam. There are other settings that might need to be redone to work in the new server as well that I'm not thinking about yet. (As you might have imagined, I've not had much sleep during this whole process.) But anyway... you get the idea. No... we're not going anywhere! One thing I’ve learned over the years… you can’t implement every suggestion provided. But all suggestions will be reviewed and considered. It’s not personal… it just may not fit into the overall strategy for the site and make sense when looking at a larger picture. On its own, any idea can sound promising, but the devil is in the details.

I have a feeling this may end up being closed… but rather than doing so preemptively I’m going to give it a chance. If it can be kept out of the political arena, it can remain open.

Well... this gets even more interesting by the day I suppose. Jestwink has attempted to escalate this further. I happen to poke by the PO Box today and received the following letter. I've scanned it in its entirety without any masking. I'll just add a few comments here... I've reviewed this with my lawyer and he literally laughed out loud after reading it. I checked the California Bar's website and there are exactly 5 names anywhere near "Joseph Regan". Three are deceased, one is inactive (not practicing law for over 20 years), and the only one active is an insurance lawyer down in Santa Ana (6 hours south of San Carlos). I reached out to him and he does not recognize the name "Jestwink". My name is NOT James Rakvica. Many folks from here have met me personally and know that is not my name. I don't know where he got that name or address from, but it's not related to me in any way. So again... he's resorting to making fake legal threats against the site. Unfortunately for him, I actually have a lawyer who is prepared to defend me and this site in court. If he would actually talk to a real lawyer as well, they would tell him he has no legal case either. But if he wants to go through the legal discovery process though... MY lawyer will be happy to ask tons of detailed questions about him, his business operations, etc. And I'll be happy to put ALL of the in the weeds details here as part of it. From now on, any communication I receive from him is going to be posted here. If he contacts any members of this site, please feel free to forward it to me and I'll anonymize it and post it here as well. I cannot stress enough how much I recommend against either hiring or interacting with this person. He has harassed other members of this site and me personally when anything is said about him. If he's willing to do these sorts of things, he will have no sort of problem harassing you or trying to make your life miserable if he is ever unhappy. If Jestwink thinks he has a legal case to be made, I encourage him to bring it. Quit with the fake lawyer notifications and file the case. The threats do not scare me. My lawyer and I are fully prepared to defend myself and this site. scan.pdf

URL’s with “threads” was old Xenforo links that have not worked for 3 plus years. The content is there there and show up in the site search feature. For example, in searching “MarioMuscle”, “blakeryderxxx” the following threads were the second result after this one. data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAPABAP///wAAACH5BAEKAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAICRAEAOw== They were second because newer posts are prioritized in search.

I **HIGHLY** recommend against hiring or interacting with JesTwink. I have not hired him, but: He's harassed multiple members of this site begging them to remove any discussion of him. He's created more than a dozen accounts to contact people who have blocked him or ignored him. He's submitted DOZENS of reports for various reasons (ranging from DMCA to harassment to stalking) in an effort to get content removed. He's sent dozens of emails/contact us messages threatening the site with legal action. At the end of the day, he's batshit crazy and if he will do these kinds of things... he's most likely not going to respect your privacy and will have no problem continuing to bother/harass you afterwards if he does not get his way or disagrees with what you might say. Save yourself the headache and the harassment and avoid him.

The size of the site’s text has not changed at all since its launch. So something must be happening in the browser here. You mention Safari... Are you using a mobile device or a laptop/desktop? The site supports responsive resizing of text. If I know what device you’re using, I can give you instructions for how to tell your browser to make the text here bigger. (It unfortunately does not work in real life with making “other” things bigger.)

Creating multiple accounts to promote yourself is not permitted. Cut the crap or welcome to the ban list.

It means we've disabled sending emails to you because your mail provider either bounced or rejected prior messages. (You most likely received a PM and have your settings configured to send you an email notification of new PMs. If those messages bounce, we quit delivering them to protect the site from getting all email to the mail provider disabled.)

I happened to pop by last night. Business as usual. As a side note... if you park there, don't park behind the building to the side of the club or block doors, etc. The owners are starting to have cars towed. There is a sign suggesting to park along 13th St instead.

You reported another post just a few minutes ago saying that person is a stalker targeting you. Now you’re saying you are the client. Cut the crap please. We welcome providers participating on this website. Pretending to be a client to post a fake gushing experience is however not cool.
