Maybe I should be ashamed to admit it, but I have a soft spot for Ryan. I was predisposed to not like him after the Olympics 4 years ago, but then I watched his short-lived reality TV show. I found out that he was both the relatively immature, frat-boy party animal that was his public persona and a young man who cared about his family and friends and who actually treated the women he was dating with respect.
