I recounted this story on the forum before, but I can't find the post. I won't go into the full story but I'll give what happened to me as briefly as I can. Not that it's an impossible occurrence, I do think it's a wee bit paranoid. If that's really a concern of yours, then have them come to you at a hotel (or your home if you're comfortable).
