THE ANSWER IS... Alex Trebek

Thanks! Detroit didn't air that. I rewatched the recording to be sure. Showing the lottery numbers was more important, I guess. -

I wonder who will replace him. Ken Jennings is now listed as some sort of producer in the end credits, I've wondered since Alex took ill if they'd groom Ken for the hosting job. -
Is he letting the jets play over his cock? I admit that's a favorite position of mine if the hot tub isn't too crowded ?

The news is saying they had a short tribute to him just before Monday's episode - our local station that shows Jeopardy didn't air it. That's odd. -
I think there's a fixed number of trophies and a great many of us have hit all of them.

That's Trace Michaels. ? at "Tyler wannabe", that's how I've always thought of him as well. (For those not following, Tyler is Tyler Saint,@TylerandAce )

As a client, I prefer it start out slow and progress to more passionate. Just my personal preference.

Pretty sure it's something the advertiser pays for. A few years ago I congratulated @OliverSaks about being RentMan of the day, and he said he'd paid for that.

Back before I came out, I'd ogle the exercise magazines. There was a brief run of a magazine called "Urban Fitness", aimed towards gay men, and "Exercise: For Men Only" and "Men's Fitness" had a lot of hot guys in their articles.

MSNBC's Steve Kornacki - I'm crushing hard
+ poolboy48220 replied to + poolboy48220's topic in The Lounge
They joked with him during the coverage that he was NOT wearing the same pants, just identical ones. Khakis from the Gap. I think he had the same tie on for a couple days though. -
Hopefully this doesn't need to be in the Politics forum. I've been watching election results on MSNBC since Tuesday night, and frankly, I'm in love with Steve Kornacki, the guy running their board. And he's gay! I just found when googling for an image of him. He came out in 2011.

I've never had that. I did text one provider after a lackluster session asking if all had been all right, his reply indicated he didn't see anything off with the session. Closest I've come to this is a provider who missed a session, he'd mixed up the dates, and offered me a discount if we could meet the next day.

OUR LONG NATIONAL NIGHTMARE IS FINALLY OVER
+ poolboy48220 replied to samhexum's topic in TV and Streaming services
I've always laughed at a line from an old Robert Heinlein story - "She was already pouring it—straight gin, the lonely girl’s friend." -
I've taken a couple of fencing classes too - I enjoyed it but my reflexes are nowhere near fast enough to be good at it. In college a friend and I took it, he was left-handed so I learned to deal with left-handed fencers more than I did with right. After college I took a community education class taught by legendary fencing coach Istvan Danosi from Wayne State University. I remember he used me for a demonstration, when I hit him with my foil he said in a charming Eastern European accent "Gently, gently, I am delicate".

Our school did not have a wrestling team, or a boy's gymnastics team (only girls). I would have been interested in trying them.

We had a very long winded co-worker. It became a game in the office to invite him into a conversation, then leave, stranding someone else with listening to the co-worker go on and on. Another job, one of the tech people interrupted a project manager with just "Bob, stop talking". I asked her about it and she said they'd known each other a LONG time and Bob took it in good humor; but she was right, Bob could go on & on about topics he knew nothing about.

I think my high school bought those suits & used them for gym/swim class in the 70's

Agreed, I've been searching and can't find any identification on this photo. Suffice to say if he escorted I'd be all over that.

Clarity in writing is something I've always tried for. Years ago, during a particularly dramatic time on our gay swim team, involving many, many long emails with people passionately explaining their position , one team member complained that he had trouble reading the long one-paragraph emails. In work emails I try to keep things brief and get my point across in the first sentence or two; if more explanation is needed I'll put that afterwards. Bold or color, or different fonts, can help too.

These are great points, and clarity in writing is a subject dear to my heart, but rather than derail this thread, let's continue the writing discussion in Lucky's thread here: https://www.companyofmen.org/threads/suggestion-for-readable-longer-posts.160950/

I was never good at sports when I was a kid - always right field in Little League; I was a year younger than my classmates and technically too young for it, but I think they pressured my Dad into coaching so I could play. I lasted one afternoon on the ninth grade football team. I joined the swim team just as sophomore year ended and found my calling; I played tennis that spring while the pool was pre-empted by the girls in synchronized swimming. I played on company softball teams but mostly for the post-game bar time. I got into running/triathlons for a while in my late 20's/early 30's. I've never, ever gotten into sports fandom, watching a hockey or football game on TV holds absolutely no interest for me.

This reminds me of the Saturday Night Live skit with Jason Momoa playing an "Elf on the Shelf", who wanted to be reassigned because his boy had discovered new things to do with his body, and the elf didn't want to watch any more :-D It finished with the kid's Christmas list including "soft socks". I started with tissues. These days I have a stack of cloth diapers in my nightstand. No fetish involved, they're just softer than terrycloth towels.

Back in the days of strip clubs, I had some luck with asking dancers, after I'd had a personal dance with them, "if they ever did shows outside the club". That worked very often. I meant something more than a strip show, but I'm sure many dancers would be open to just "dancing" for a customer in a private setting.

Hahaha, I wondered what that was too, but it's not what I first expected :-D

I've told masseurs (both legit and otherwise) that low-pitched noises from me are good. If it's high-pitched, it means it hurts me :-)
