  1. A character in a book had tattoos of two snakes winding around her body, one starting at her little finger, another on her little toe, and they met in the middle. Another (drunk) character starting singing to her "Hey, little snake, are you crazy or what? Your butt's in the air and your head's in her..." at which point someone smacked him to keep him quiet.
  2. Nothing that's not wrong with me. I've come back to my desk after a smoke break hiding my eye because someone else posted some rescue dog video on facebook and I had to watch.
  3. I've experienced the stuffed-nose feeling after poppers sometime. It never occured to me that it might be because I'm lying down, this is the first I've heard that.
  4. There's a huge used bookstore in Detroit, John King books, in a four-or-five story tall warehouse near downtown. It advertises itself as the biggest used bookstore in the United States. I've never thought of looking for this type of material there.
  5. My mind immediately went here, Rayna's reaction to "premium economy" from Melissa McCarthy's "Spy": https://getyarn.io/yarn-clip/5520e4fb-f2ec-4f0f-be1d-16a6a8353e4c
  6. so "We can do that for sure if...", you paid him for extra time for that, and he didn't come through with "that" anyway? My sympathies.
  7. Can you tip in Canadian dollars, given that they're coins, not bills? Or is that considered gauche? Back in the days of the Happy Tap in Windsor, I'd always tip in American dollars, but that's just across the river from the US.
  8. Stephen Hawking turned down a knighthood too. http://www.toptenz.net/top-ten-people-who-declined-knighthood.php
  9. hahahahaha. John Varley's book "Wizard" has a character, a young lesbian from a colony of all women. She experiments with sex with a guy but had NO idea that this is how babies are made, and that it could happen unintentionally.
  10. Or just no PhotoShop, cleaning up blemishes and such. Every time I see a picture of Matthew Camp I look for the mole/birthmark on his chest that Doc pointed out in "The Go Doc Project"
  11. No face pics is not at all unusual in my experience, but I rarely consider hiring without one.
  12. Hahahaha. https://getyarn.io/yarn-clip/e8bd350d-4436-46f6-ba52-2be8a06632e2
  13. I think both, although I don't remember if it was Keanu Reeves or River Phoenix's character that was narcoleptic. There was a narcoleptic Argentinian in Moulin Rouge, he played the main role in "Spectacular Spectacular" until he fell asleep. He did the wonderful "Roxanne" number earlier in the movie.
  14. My dad took me to a program at school, probably 7th grade. Boys and girls had separate presentations. At the end, he asked me if I had any questions. I had none. That was the extent of the sex talk.
  15. it's never worked well for me. It includes Cleveland as within 100 miles. Maybe if I had a plane, or boat, but unless I want to cut through or over Lake Erie, it's closer to 200 miles.
  16. Thanks, I see what you're saying now. As obscure as that navigation is, I bet the webmasters overlooked it.
  17. hahaha. An old co-worker xeroxed a page out of the dictionary, he hadn't read it closely enough to notice it was proving him wrong.
  18. Still no relax/heal button for me. Do you have an account/login there? Wonder if that makes a difference, I don't have an account.
  19. A phrase I haven't used in that context in many a decade
  20. Glad I found this. Lucas is coming to Toledo, not far from Detroit, in a few weeks. I was interested. FWIW, his ad lists him as bisexual now, not sure what it said back when this was originally posted.
  21. I hear ya. I'm into being dominated, mildly, and while playing that out with a guy he giggled a few times. Totally kills it.
  22. Where are you? While reading this, I kept thinking of @Lance_Navarro in San Francisco.
  23. and the 'heal/relax' options don't show up for me.
  24. Luke Adams. You'd think with that title, they would've gone for the unshaven Luke, but no.
