I have had a regular who said he wants to see me more but can't afford it, so I reduced my rate to 250 and he now sees me weekly. 
In order to get discounts like this - you would need to be a regular first.  
To be clear, that would be to see someone more than 4-5 times. 

I occasionally get a discounted rate from providers I've seen before, usually because they need the business or some extra cash. When a provider I've never met offers an unusually low rate, however, my first reaction is skepticism. My immediate assumption is either that it's a scam or that the upselling will start the moment we meet. In those situations, I do my homework beforehand, I make my expectations clear and I'm prepared to walk away if the arrangement suddenly changes.

Bearsoul seems to alternate between giving guys a very good massage experience to ignoring potential clients entirely. 

I just came back from a week trip to NYC, where I had multiple people visit me in my room each day (either hookups or I hired).  Most of them I met outside the hotel and we walked in together.  Some were waiting for me in the lobby.  I never had an issue with the hotel.  I was given 3 sets of towels a day which was satisfactory.  Last year I spent 2 weeks at the same hotel and hired more aggressively, so I occasionally asked for extra towels and the request was honored.
