  1. Yeah, I want them to take a return from outer space / nuclear accident full body fire hose shower / decontamination before I see them. Silkwood style.
  2. He sometimes did and sometimes didn’t.
  3. His pictures are NEVER his pictures. They are of guys plural who look sort of like him. he kind of sort of acts so doesn’t want any pictures that show anything real about him. the above thread pretty much gets it right. He’s at MOST 32. He’s in great shape, but not fitness model shape. He’s very fratty jock in a dirty blond kind of way. Masculine. Our times were hit or Miss. if the positive comments above in this thread appeal to you, you’ll like him. If not, you won’t.
  4. I was with a guy from Bachelorette (not a finalist). He doesn’t do it anymore and is married now, so I’ll ignore DMs. But he was very VERY good looking.
  5. I bonds pay an interest rate that is 0% plus inflation. TIPS pay a small interest rate plus inflation. In theory, if you buy TIPS at or above par. That 9.62% will be reset ever six months to equal exactly whatever inflation is. so i bonds have a real, inflation adjusted interest rate of exactly zero over time.
  6. OR…buy TIP ETFs or index funds via a normal brokerage account with no penalties or hassle.
  7. Yeah if they do nudes on Twitter and have X-rated OF, I have occasionally had success. It’s like 1/20.
  8. I don’t think I personally attacked you nor did I apologize for not thinking I’d done so. I will say I still don’t see what’s “urgent” in this thread. But I’m glad some buyers are now knowledgeable enough to be wary.
  9. Does it feel good to rant about people you don’t know to people you don’t know? Seems like people like to discuss things online, in forums such as these.
  10. You can watch and do nothing in the common areas. NOT where the lap dances are. Only people actively tipping the dancers can be there.
  11. So your fourth or fifth ranting post where you rant about the fact that you’re not ranting. Dig deeper, the hole is halfway to the Earth’s core as-is.
  12. So it seems like the urgency in this thread is…a guy who actually lives in NYC is only taking clients from April 15-30, and recently moved into an expensive new apartment…so he urgently needs to make his down payment?
  13. Interesting story. Very sidebar. But interesting.
  14. Thanks. However, he said the poverty line was $60k. That far closer to the $68k NYC MEDIAN household INCOME than it is to the $36k poverty line for a household of 4. And recall, the median HH was 2.59 people in NYC, not 4. So the median HH has an even lower NYC poverty line than $36k. Again, from my link above. He should have just said “I mixed up median HH income and the poverty line.” Instead he doubled down.
  15. Actually- I have a link in my reply/ to census data on NYC. You don’t have any link whatsoever in your post (which I quoted, without editing it.) any links you added were edits after I replied. But since you INSIST on lying, here is another link. In 2019, a year after 2018, a family of four had a poverty line of $36,262 in NYC. Not $60k. Link and screenshot below. https://www.thecity.nyc/platform/amp/2022/1/3/22865699/poverty-trends-future-nyc Moderator's note: Again, let's lower the temperature here, folks. It's possible to refute data with calling someone a liar. It would be a shame for the sniping to cause this thread to get locked.
  16. Then people should stop saying stupid things like inflation only applies to goods and not services. Escorting is a SERVICE. They charge more now than before just like Doctors, colleges, barbers, and pop divas do.
  17. Inflation in services has been higher than overall inflation (and by math, MUCH higher than in goods.) how much was Madonna Blonde Ambition versus Britany Circus tour versus the last Beyoncé tour? Up WAY more than inflation. Haircuts, up by more. Each of the professionals you list - up by way more than overall inflation. here are ALL services versus overall inflation. why? No productivity gains in this purely human services. It takes the same number of doctors, college professors, pop music divas, barbers and escorts to do an hours worth of work as it did 30 years ago. Meanwhile, your car costs nominally the same but has all kinds of bells and whistles for free that used to cost thousands extra, plus more safety features and better mileage; your TV is half the price, three times bigger, and has a much better resolution; and this iPhone has more power than a million dollar supercomputer had when I was in high school. Also, thanks to cheap foreign labor and free trade, you can now afford avocado and pomegranate year round, and underwear is cheaper.
  18. I agree. But the better looking and better reviewed guys charge more. That’s maybe the average. I was paying $300 when it was $250. I like way way way above average looking guys.
  19. That’s patently false. Economic stats show that for the last 60 years, services have had more inflation than goods. Especially when hedonic adjustments are factored in (which they are in all such stats. ) the obvious examples are health care and tuition, but it includes live event tickets, haircuts, etc. in contrast to declining costs for clothes, electronic equipment, and hedonicly adjusted, cars. You said the exact opposite of what’s been true in ALL OECD countries for our entire lifetimes. Just an embarrassing post. I’d delete it. PS, if you try to argue this, I will bury this thread in economic statistics and papers. You’d be way out of your depth on this particular topic, trust me. https://howmuch.net/articles/price-changes-in-usa-in-past-20-years
  20. I haven’t paid $200 since the 90s. Guys worth hiring cost more.
  21. That’s 100% false. There is no state by state poverty line, except for Alaska and Hawaii. One. Two, The MEDIAN HH Income in NYC was $68k, per the census bureau. MEDIAN. That’s 2.59 people per household. Don’t lie. https://www.census.gov/quickfacts/fact/table/NY/INC110219
  22. I’ve met at least one guy this way. I had to do detective work between his IG and Twitter and IMed a few times, but eventually we met up. Like three times so far. He’s gotten way out shape lately so I may not hang with him again…
