Sorry I didn't see this sooner. My first step would be I asking/saying I don't need to be draped. If he insists you do, usually that's a sign nothing extra is going to happen. It's been my experience that some providers who are only on MF offer extras for money, offer extras to some not all, or may eventually transition to having the menu of options open. I enjoy a mostly therapeutic not strictly, that's why I stopped going to a provider who gave me blue balls (even though he's 3 years later advertising on RMas well)

Update: most of y'all were right. He refused to go shirtless (politely declined) and strictly therapeutic means strictly therapeutic.. even though I found him on MF. Oh well.

I'd say for first timers about 75% ... A fair amount want to ensure they're getting a decent massage first.
After the first session the next 20% percent will inquire about additional options 😂

I’d say it’s 99% about wanting more—or at least hoping something extra might happen, even if they don’t ask for it outright.
Otherwise, they’d just go to a regular therapist and pay half the price! Let’s be real. 😄

To me, this depends a lot on context. Is this at home (his or yours) or a spa? Does he work fully dressed? Are you draped? If that's the case, you could suggest losing the draping or him working in his undies. Or even ask what he means by "special requests." 

Depends on his tone. I often have masseurs ask if I have any problem areas, anything that's particularly sore or stiff. I've refrained from pointing to my cock when they ask that.
