My reason for not reviewing was that I did not want to elicit a string of unwanted phone messages and texts afterward.  I met with a guy who came to down - went by Joshhung and he is no longer escorting.  Well things went very sour during the meeting and when I commented that I was used to escorts being better prepared, he got pissed and told me to get the fuck out of his hotel room .  He tried to intimidate me, but that didn't work.  He did follow me out of the hotel and then stared at me the entire time until I left the parking lot.  He then sent me a bunch of threatening texts so that I wouldn't post anything negative.  I didn't want to chance it so I decided to just forget about it.  
He is no longer advertising on RM as an escort so I feel ok putting his name out there now. 
That is why I chose not to review or even name the escort in question in my thread - I don't want to trigger an onslaught of threatening text messages.  
I will say this, there has been enough time in between meetings that I am thinking about submitting a review.

As far as I am concerned, I would reject another meeting with him in the future.  I don't buy the bad-day excuse because he chose to jack off in the middle of the day.  To me that is an intentional decision.
I want no further communication with him, so I will not reach out before submitting the review.
