Hardly good business practice to go dark for an entire day. The client expressed interest in becoming a regular. Any provider, if they wanted to keep that client, would respond provided they have any business acumen at all. This day and age, it’s possible to fire off a return text in seconds. I assure you, in my business, not responding for a day loses you the job and further business besides.

I just had a “come to Jesus” moment with one of the masseurs I hire regularly. I understand that things come up but he was constantly rescheduling due to the demands of his other career. I finally had to put my foot down and remind him that my time is also valuable and I schedule my own work around appointments I commit to. It went well and he’s been toeing the line thus far. If your regular masseur values your business, he will shape up. If not, there are others who will.
