I've been watching a lot of news today. Seems like production and distribution are not going to be issues - just the coordination/scheduling of the actual immunizations. My sense (gut instinct more than fact based) is that once the states figure it out, things will go quickly to catch back up. So I'm going to remain optimistic about things.

I can't wait to like that post! ?

When I choose to like something in the gallery, it is with hopes that the poster will find other pics of a similar nature to include in that specific thread.

I'll assist with the lighting....

If you are laughing at this situation, so will I.

When I was there in September, everything had been painted and new concrete by the pool - everything one would want to do prior to putting it on the market. And the real estate prices in Palm Springs were rapidly rising. When I asked about their long-term plans, I got the impression from Sandy that it would likely be another five years before they considered selling.

Unfortunately, some guys don't pay close attention to what is in the background of the photos they use in ads. A bong or other drug paraphernalia might be a hint.

Thank you for pointing out the article. I had seen it earlier today and scrolled right by it forgetting to go back to read it. I agree - it really summed up my attitude, especially around the end of May. By then, the only physical contact I had made with anyone in two and a half months was when I visited the health center for a blood draw. No hugs, no handshakes, no haircuts, nothing. Not even a meal with anyone sitting across the table from me and the only time I had been in the same room as anyone else was during my weekly trip to the grocery. So when I needed to attend a June family funeral, I was more than ready to go - more to be around someone rather than to pay my respects. Since then, I realized I needed be comfortable going out following guidelines by maintaining social distance and wearing masks.

That's why I use Tom's - it's a natural brand with no alcohol.

After all the prep work is done, I've been know to take dab a little bit of Tom's mouthwash on a washcloth and lightly pat the anus. (I don't remember which porn actor said that he did this.) I've been surprised how many guys have really enjoyed rimming me and tell me afterward it was great without realizing that I had done something.

Would you interpret this photo on Instagram as an invitation?

It never hurts to politely ask. -

Sometime after her 98th birthday, my grandmother didn't always have enough things to keep her mind busy, so one day, she sat down with one of my sisters to plan her memorial service. Besides a prayer, three hymns, and comments from the pastor, each of her adult decedents was to speak at the service; the great-grandchildren did not need to speak. One sister was to talk about her career in education, my mother was to discuss her youth, my uncle her faith and how she met her husband through church, and my other sister was to talk about her as a parent, grandparent, and great-grandmother. And what was the assigned topic for me? Grandma thought it would be important for me to discuss the active and vibrant sex life my grandparents shared with each other well into their 70s (just before my grandfathers passing.) Needless to say, we wanted to keep the service under an hour and some of the content was edited out.

Participation in this hobby is what ties attendees at this event together more than any other factor. I've enjoyed talking to gentlemen nearly 25 years my senior as well as 25 years younger at the pool party.

Water sports is a great example of a fetish I have not learned to enjoy. For me, they do nothing. However, I'm not repulsed by them either. So even thought for me its a big 'meh,' I have agreed to participate the few times I've been requested. Still nothing. However, leather is another story. I'm more and more interested in that fetish as time goes by. I'm still a novice, but open to learning more over time.

In the past, I've not taken part in this hobby much after the first weekend in December, so this year will not be much different. My work schedule is usually busy getting things completed prior to year-end. And then I spend time visiting my family out of town. By January, I'm ready to get back in the swing of things.

What is the biggest accomplishment you achieved this year
+ sam.fitzpatrick replied to Daniel84's topic in The Lounge
I retired in August and successfully signed up for COBRA without missing a day of insurance coverage. While vacationing in Las Vegas last month, I received a call from my former employer asking me to come back to work on a project through most of 2021. -
My grandfather had a routine of polishing his shoes every Sunday evening. He was raised in a family where resources were limited and he only had one pair of good shoes through all of college and grad school. He felt is was important to keep them polished so they would last. Eventually he added a second pair of shoes so that he would always have available a pair when it was time to get the other pair resoled. I've not been a frugal as my grandfather. About once a quarter I realize that a pair of shoes needs polishing, so I pull out all of the shoes I can polish and do them all at once.

I think sending cards to clients that you have fired would give the impression that you want them back as clients. For comparison - When I was still in a customer facing role at the bank, we would only send cards to existing customers and top prospects. Customers who we asked to leave did not receive a card.

Thanks for the reminder - I need to sit down and address them. I bought them weeks ago. As recently as five years ago, I sent close to 100 cards, including co-workers, those that were associated with the non-profit whose board I was the chair, and neighbors. Once my tenure on the board ended, I reduced the list to college friends and family members. Now that nieces as nephews are moving out on their own, my mailing list has grown to about 50. In some years I've done a brief note including my travels and work events, but haven't so in a few years.
