Fully ready for judgment on this but I keep a spreadsheet of masseurs I’ve seen. I’ve established a rubric for scoring them and the top two scorers are my regulars. When I try someone new and they score high on their initial session, I slot them in and hire them a couple more time for consistency. If they consistently deliver at that the high score, they replace whichever of the top two may have been lower than their score.
