  1. I suspect if the heat is turned up on illegal immigrants who are currently escorts in the US, that they will head north to Canada. Most will have English to some extent in their favour and a fairly welcoming environment here. Recently the Canadian government has been tightening the numbers of immigrants moving to Canada and they are saying they are prepared for an influx of asylum seekers. But recent history suggests they are not fully prepared and increased numbers will materialize. I for one will welcome them particularly the hot ones, who are currently unavailable. My experience with recently arrived escorts mostly from Latin America, is very positive. So I say, bring ‘em on!🥳
  2. To me I always think of this day as the day the dream died in America. I was 16 and at school when we heard Kennedy had been killed. When I got home my mother was crying in front of the television. That evening we assembled back at the school for a previously scheduled assembly. Everything in the program was ditched for an extended eulogy for the fallen president. And we were not even American, but Canadians.
  3. @Charlie I want to join others in expressing my condolences for your great loss. You and I have been on this forum for over two decades and I have always appreciated your contributions to the discussion here. I feel a certain kinship with you just because we have travelled similar pathways in our lives albeit with some differences as well. I think the fact that we have as adults lived through more than five decades and witnessed so many societal changes in North America makes us fellow travellers. The one big difference is you chose to become a Westerner while I always felt more at home in the East. I retired more than twenty years ago and Canadian friends of mine who lived in PS urged me to move there. I visited twice but was not attracted. Vive la difference! But I hope you find comfort in your friends and keep up the tennis!
  4. A bit premature to say that.
  5. I just read an interview that Barry Sonnenfeld, the Hollywood director, gave to the CBC about his move to Vancouver from Los Angeles back in 2016. The amusing part was a reason he gave for moving. Apparently as a director of a TV ad he had fired Donald Trump in 2009 when Trump played difficult in the filming. Sonnenfeld had assembled a cast of famous people and when Trump objected to the way he was being filmed (from his bad side) Sonnenfeld switched to film Martha Stewart instead of Donald. Donald then said, “ok you can shoot me from my bad side” and Sonnenfeld responded. “You can go home Donald. We’ve moved on.”
  6. How would you know?

    Jason Markus

I thought there was another thread on Jason a year or so ago. That led to a convo I had privately with a friend of his who knew him very well and was close to him in his final months. I don’t think I’m speaking out of turn to say he was in a serious car accident which led to his death. Such a nice guy. Gone too soon.

    Andy Onassis

Andy Star is not your ordinary bottom. Lol
  9. It would be nice to know what she thought of Pierre Trudeau in bed. Given his son is now Prime Minister like his late dad, she might keep her lips sealed. I liked the story where Pierre snuck her out of his official residence in Ottawa by having her hide on the floor in the back of his limo with a blanket over her.
  10. The so called victim would be arrested in Canada for attempting to procure sex with an underaged boy.
  11. The one constant in your life is that you have mostly always seemed to prefer guys around 30. The one thing that has changed as you are now in your 40s is stretching the range from 30 to 18 . That lower age is quite a change.
  12. Did your uncle have a second family with his Vietnamese wife?
  13. I’ve kept all my daily agendas since the 1970s but unlike @Charlie not extensive notes. So maybe just the first name, date and time of the day. I rarely look back at them but the odd time I do often no face comes to the name. But some, a very few, were so memorable that I do place a face to the name. And much more!
  14. I find that less is more doesn’t always work. It may depend on the time of day when you are anticipating sex and your regular rhythm of bms. Sometimes I find that more is required and then my hose comes in handy. When at a hotel I find it is often impossible to attach my hose as the hotel has used plumbers tape to fasten the show nozzle.
  15. I thought it was a brilliant design the first time I saw a picture of it. It has proven its rightful place amongst the monuments of Washington where there is no shortage of impressive monuments. Around the time that monument was installed the AIDs crisis was unfolding. It wiped out a similar number of young men of the next generation after the Vietnam War vets. If you are ever in Toronto there is a small downtown park in the Gay Village which has a similarly stark memorial to the AIDs victims. The names are mounted on metal plaques on pillars, one pillar for each year of the crisis. Although it is a Toronto memorial the names are of men from everywhere in Canada. I have several friends whose names are inscribed and I try to visit every time I am there. Just to run my fingers over their names and to remember them.
  16. Yes but the analogy is now obsolete. The emergence of effective treatment for HIV meant that getting infected went from a death sentence to a life sentence. Then the emergence of Prep meant that whether one was hivpos undetectable or neg on prep, meant that each took a single pill a day to maintain their relative health status.

    Rentmen Messages

Just checked and my messages are fine. I’m on Rentmen.eu.
  18. I love charcuterie plates but strictly limit the number of times I consume one. They are wickedly scrumptious but there in lies the peril. Anything so good cannot be good for your body. I make the same calculations about sex but admit I cave in to my desires more often than can be good, apart from the cardiovascular workout which I know is good and my doctor would at least agree on that point.
  19. I don’t mind handing the envelope with the cash inside directly to the provider. It’s always as we are about to part or leave the hotel room if we are going to breakfast. They invariably graciously accept it and thank me. While I recognize our date has been a transactional one, I like to think of it as a boyfriend experience, and I tell them that in setting things up beforehand. Giving them something that helps pay the rent or the car payment makes me feel good. Life has been good to me and I like to share the riches. Not that I’m a rich guy, I’m not. But as a retiree I don’t have to worry about making a living. These providers we engage do and I appreciate where they are coming from.
  20. I’m just the opposite. I always have the cash in an envelope which I hand to my provider as we are wrapping up. I of course would not feel aggrieved if he opened it to count the bills but in the vast number of times (I can only remember once) he has put the envelope unopened in his pocket, backpack or whatever. It must be my honest face!
  21. That is exactly right. I had a recent overnight and on the way to breakfast, my provider took the cash I had given him and deposited it in an ATM of a bank he uses. He explained later that the deposit to his credit card, which was maxed out, would enable him to extend his stay at the hotel he was in.
  22. Is that the case here? He seems to be taking care of a lot of abandoned animals.
  23. Years ago I found a small creature lying on a country road and when I picked it up it fit in the palm of my hand, was hairless, pink and breathing. Not knowing what it was I took it home and my sister, a nurse, kept it alive with an eye dropper. Taking it to her home in the city she then took it to a farm where she kept her horse. The people there took in the animal and it turned out to be a red squirrel. They named it Alice but it later turned out to be a male. They kept it as a house pet and Alice lived a full life span in a house with dogs and cats.
  24. Yes you are missing something. 50 percent of a low price is a small amount. If he paid $20US for the massage, then 50 percent translates to $10.
  25. How much extra was the special attention to your butt? That is, an extra 20 percent, 50 percent?
