God, is French Market still going? I went there a few times in the 1990's.

Just read that document and it is written to deal with cases where a guest stays in a rental unit with a tenant, not a person who owns their own residence. It lays out the rules in all the states where the guest becomes a tenant that is added to the lease if they meet the criteria. It doesn't deal with unwanted guests in someone's home which belongs to them.

Many thanks to RadioBob for this complicated and prudential task. You have our deepest gratitude for all you do for this site.

I've only run into a few escorts who told me they took drugs for anxiety. One was an American porn star. I've never been afflicted by anxiety or depression or other mental disorders requiring treatment so I can't presume to know what drove them to medications. I think there is a stigma attached to mental problems and it's no different in the escort world.

Todat's RM indicates he's in Guam and already has a positive review from there. You may have to wait awhile to get his attention.

I got a cold on the weekend and am still coughing. Putting a mask on when in indoor places. Will work from home tomorrow when I was scheduled to go in at a volunteer organization with several elderly colleagues. I had the same thing in April, no fever, nausea, sore throat or loss of taste and smell. I tested negative then and will test tomorrow just to make sure.

Asking for problems. Haven't you already paid for his rent for the year?

Yes. They took away Brooks Akinson's name from the theatre. What did he do to deserve that?.

The NYT today has an article about the late Lena Horn's co-op being recently listed for sale at just over $2million. Six rooms and huge living room 30x17 in the Volnay on UES. The downside is the $5900 monthly maintenance fee, hence the bargain price for over 2100 sq ft in a nice area. In house restaurant an added feature.

That works out to 50 french fries per serving of mashed potato. That seems about right when you consider how many fries accompany the main course in most restaurants. I can only get through about 15 the odd time I order them.

I'd rather you just send me the cake. Lol.

He looks very well hung in his pics. If they can be trusted.

I was in touch with my provider friend yesterday. He decided to wait the hurricane out in Vancouver. It seems from what he told me the worst of the hurricane did not affect PV. He plans on going there this week.

That's what I would have thought. $2k is way out of the ballpark. What about sponsorship by providers? I 've noticed when I do an overnight with an escort, they often quickly follow up with a sponsorship. At least I know where some of my money I paid them is going. Lol And some of these providers don't have a long track record or high number of reviews. So would sponsorship be an alternative to RM of the Day?

That link shows that not much has changed in years with hankie flagging. Still the same coded messages. When I was going to leather bars in the 90's and '00's I wore them in my back pocket of my jeans. Still have them but since I don't go to these types of bars anymore I use them for other purposes.

My question is whether it was his looks or his smell that most attracted you. I was betting on his looks until you got to the end.

I see that a major hurricane is heading for Puerto Vallarta tonight. I have an escort friend who just moved there from Canada this last month. When I last saw him in September he told me his condo had been damaged by an earthquake which delayed his moving in this summer. He showed me pics of broken concrete lying on his balcony snd cracked outside walls. Now a hurricane! He's also a great top if that interests you lol.

While the flu shot may be available in Quebec, as SirBillyBob indicated above, it is still not available where I live in Ontario. I was told yesterday at the pharmacy where I get it that it will be another two weeks. Last year it wasn't available until mid December but since the flu was practically non existent last winter I wasn't worried. This year it may come back with a vengence.

I'm sure he has been discussed here. See that he's going to be in Toronto in early Dec. Might have to see about him.

Good article to read. In it the suggestion is made that even a third booster may be desirable to curb transmission. It concludes that from various studies, the vaccine itself may not stop all transmissions. But it helps a lot including avoiding serious disease even if one catches it.

I went through the same factors when discussing this with my doctor. I hadn't seen the above chart which shows a recent slight uptick in cases in the US. A number of the escorts I see in Canada travel often to the States altho I haven't been since the pandemic.
-
Don't know about that. My doctor told me yesterday that there have been no cases in Ontario since late in Sept. Not sure about Quebec situation. He wasn't sure I needed the second shot but I am going ahead with it. He said only 3 people in my age group got Monkeypox in Ontario but I told him I didn't want to be no. 4 . And I do go to Montreal often enough to warrant caution.

How much was the wine in that bill? Just curious.
