I try to get a massage when I have the day off and want to be touched; if I don't have the time or opportunity, then I take the advice of @EVdude and move on to other pursuits; maybe if funds are an issue, you budget for how much you can spend on massages monthly, and then stick to your budget -

I live in Arizona, and it's happened to me a number of times when I left my iPhone in the car while running errands; when I take it back inside, it has cooled down and operated as it normally does -
