  1. The universe redeems itself once in a while in odd ways, maybe the whimsical meetings had a bit of luck 😊
  2. Saint Marks Hotel in the EV also had rooms by the hour, not sure if they still do... But not that I would know anything about that 😇😈
  3. Yes those are all very real downsides of escorting, and for those reasons I try to be my provider's favorite client by being freshly showered & groomed, kind, pay in cash and include a tip.
  4. Holy shit that's hot... I'll be a mindless follower and throw the "oh, meeeeeeee too!!!!!" feather into the hat.
  5. Both serve different purposes, so in that respect I wouldn't say they're equal in terms of both being worse. If people wanna hook up, cool, "you be you" and it's all good. I do have the option to hook up, but in my case my free time is very rare and precious and don't feel like casting myself out to the multitude of time-wasters and "random dick" where chances are slim they would have any idea how to please me- in my experience most people suck in bed and who has "time fo dat?"?? That's a number's game that's not fulfilling or viable to me, I don't have time or tolerance for disappointment so hiring is the better solution for me.
  6. Yeah I remember when it was just the "Ambulance Chasers" that spammed their cheap-looking commercials on network TV at 3am because the air time was cheap, but beyond that it was word of mouth and reputation that "reputable" firms had client referrals. What a different world we live in.
  7. I've reached out to reviewers on RM about providers I was considering picking from, but I also DM'ed members here who have hired the same provider. I've found it's important to compare notes with the clients who reply on RM and the feedback from members here - I've noticed that a providers tend to have a talent or two that stands out, and if multiple people mention this unsolicited it's a very positive sign and gives you an idea of what to expect. about half to a third of clients on RM have gotten back to me when I reached out, with 100% response rate from members here. I also got interesting feedback and some vague warnings on a provider with mixed RM reviews, with a couple seemingly intentionally vague but trying to imply something rather than outright saying it- as if they were trying not to say anything directly bad, but were also trying to give me a warning.
  8. I know it doesn't look sexy for a law firm to advertise on YT, but that's actually par for the course for any business with a marketing & PR/Press budget. TY and TT (and nowadays, AI's operating to fetch info for a customer) actually have higher search volume that traditional search engines, and in addition the more social media and other types of platform you have a presence on, search engines will take that as an authoritative ranking indicator so it helps with SERPs for those who are still using google/bing.
  9. That sucks What type of providers are you looking for that seem to be lacking? Is it a physical type you like that's sparse in the pool, or is it more of a quality issue? (if it's both, my condolences).
  10. I'm also curious. You know. for science.
  11. I would love to gift subscription on RM, the problem is that they only seem to take credit cards for that - and I don't like leaving a digital trail that's easy to follow. It's odd because they accept bitcoin (there are ways to cover your tracks with bitcoin) for client membership so it doesn't make sense that the subscription "gift" is credit card only. As for the lapses, I wonder if providers are seeing business slowdown, where they might not renew right away if business is slow. Any provider care to share their thoughts on that?
  12. I love men's chests so it's hard not to want to flick that nipple with the end of your tongue or gently rake your nails across it... I think I need a cigarette now. So yea, anyone with a "no nips" policy I'd probably pass on.
  13. Question for the providers: What do you feel RM should do to improve the client pool who use the app? And what do you feel they can do to cut down on the scammers? In the other direction, I know some people on the client-side of the app get preyed upon by fake providers running scams. So it sounds more like a "RM isn't doing enough for either side" problem. This is also tough to solve without KYC ID verification, since locales where there are legal complications pose a risk if information is ever divulged...
  14. I really hate beards, I prefer clean shaven, but I can be forgiving with a well-groomed, short beard. I also realized some guys have very soft & pleasant beards as opposed to brillo growing on their face. Big difference, the soft, short beards can feel kinda nice.
  15. At first I didn't share anything. But over time if you become a regular, things eventually get shared as trust and connection builds, or something happens where your name drops by accident. My escort, after an overnight, was politely keeping me company while I waited on the valet to bring my car to the front of the hotel after checking out. My car pulled up and the valet stepped out of the car, and he loudly confirmed my name to make sure he had the right car before handing me the keys. This was well within earshot of the escort. so any hopes of keeping my real name under wraps kinda got shat upon at that moment. Up until that point all he had was my nickname. But it wasn't a big deal since we were already building a healthy and trustful provider/client relationship.
  16. I read it a bit differently: more like the apps enabling people with situational horniness and no other mutual requirement- just dime-a-dozen (I think that is what the "trashy" comment may have been aimed at) to meet up relieve each other. Most people can get laid anytime they want without paying for it, it just depends on what standards they have to filter consenting partners. I would understand a provider's frustration when that makes it more difficult to find clients.
  17. I saw it more as a cultural shift in how boomers raised kids post 80's- things shifted from self reliance and responsibility to being spoiled and coddled; social media was just a soapbox broadcasting the results. The internet is somewhat a "second world" where anonymity protected people from the consequences of their shitty behavior and building fake, hollow lives. It was so widespread that I think it lead to a tolerance of this when it spilled over into real life behavior with everyone being non confrontational these days (or get socially punished for doing the right thing). It's all fucked up.
  18. I was curious if any providers have experienced an uptick in scammers posing as clients on RM in 2025/2026? I know this adds to the difficulty of wading through RM communications trying to weed out the crap from actual clients. Have any of you seen new types of scams or scam patterns emerge in 2026?
  19. I was chatting with my provider today, from the sound of it there's an uptick in scammers on RM posing as clients - enough of an uptick to cause some serious grief. Scammers target clients too, but I wonder if this two-way pollution of the waters with all the scammers has a lot to do with the mutual difficulty of hiring/providing?
  20. Maybe it's the "guy next door" types that are overall underrated? In my real world dating life those have guys have always surprised most (in a good way)!
  21. Awwww that's a sweet story to read, true gentle giants very rare.
  22. especially the free ones where the person's data is the product
  23. If the non-compete is so broad and generic it's essentially saying you're not allowed to moonlight using your bread-and-butter skill-set, you may want to run it by a few lawyers since that might not be entirely legal/enforceable.
  24. I'm paranoid so I always worry. I'm also not very lucky, so the paranoia pays off.
  25. Not sure if "passed on" matches, my scenario but when I was looking for my first hire from a handful of providers, things weren't going as well as I hoped. After some homework the guy who was my "first choice" didn't have the best feedback from the clients I reached out to. My second and third choice didn't accept female clients. Fourth choice (student_brad) was not what I would have picked for myself right off the bat, and I wasn't sure they'd be a fit and they didn't have a lot of reviews in general, but the feedback from clients I reached out to was glowing and stood out. So I took the leap of faith and hired him. it's working out so well frankly I'm not looking for other providers at the moment.
