  1. Some simple to try remedies suggested here: https://www.wikihow.com/Eliminate-Leg-Cramps-at-Night
  2. Get outside. Just go to the local park. You may have to make more than one park visit to get some variety. It should be ok to wear a muscle t-shirt and gym shorts in the park. Or suit and tie. Put yourself in a “G rated” position with a nice background. Then either: Ask a passerby to snap a photo with your smartphone. Or just use smartphone’s timer delay. And smile!
  3. Depends on the situation. I often just carry it along with me. But I also carry a padlock so I can lock it to the bike.
  4. Thanks. Fixed it. At least I got the link right!
  5. I didn't see the show but it could also also have a much less innocuous reference. There are certificates issued for personnel aboard military vessels that cross: The International Date Line > Domain of the Golden Dragon The Equator > Shellback Certificate If you cross the International Dateline right at the Equator there is a Golden Shellback Certificate.
  6. Not really - but tickets are usually available on the show day. They might be a little tougher to find on Fri / Sat night or if the show is a limited time engagement from a famous artist. The earlier in the day you buy the better chance, and better seat selection, you’ll have. Almost all shows have at least one "dark" night when they don't play. Some credit cards or memberships (AARP / AAA) may have special “deals”. Some shows offer decent discounts to current and former military ID card holders. There are “half-price” ticket outlets located along the Strip. The price is usually closer to 2/3rds though after “handling fees” are figured in. Sometimes you only get a voucher which you must trade at the appropriate box office for the actual ticket. You need to do that trade as soon as possible in order to have the best seat selections. The various casino club cards often will get you a discount for shows playing in their casinos. For Example you can usually get tickets for any show playing at any MGM property at any of their casinos. The club cards are free and issued on the spot when you sign up. Might help if you indicated the type(s) of shows that interest you. www.lvol.com Edit: Here's an additional entertainment link from the local newspaper that may also help. www.reviewjournal.com/entertainment/
  7. PM shower type. Older here. Skin is getting thin and dry and I was having some skin issues. A dermatologist gave me advice to help improve the situation. Said it’s not necessary to shower every day. That can actually be counterproductive since it can remove needed protective skin oils. Shower as needed. But I can’t stand getting in bed with smelly feet. So I always do at least a modified “Navy Shower” that wash, at a minimum, pubic areas and feet before going to bed. Maybe also just a very quick once over rinse, with no soap, of other skin areas. On my “real” shower days I use a body soap and shampoo a little earlier than bedtime. When finished I oil myself down, while still wet, with a body oil. While I’m waiting for the oil to soak in I will squeegee down the shower. In the few minutes that takes I will have pretty much drip dried. So I only have to pat dry (not rub dry) the remaining moisture off. The multi-tasking here leaves me with a better protected skin and a clean shower. Only use the towel twice before laundering. Second time end by using the towel to wipe down the chrome. Then I lounge around awhile in my soft flannel PJ’s to let any remaining oil soak in before going to bed. I’ve definitely noticed positive results since following his advice.

Many hotels have hidden “resort fees”. Parking fees are now also common. http://www.lasvegasdirect.com/las-vegas-hotel-resort-fees.html https://www.lasvegasadvisor.com/parking-fees/ Temperatures will rise steadily during these Spring months and will likely hit 100’s by mid-May. But it’s a dry heat and buildings are air conditioned. Evenings will be pleasant. Stay hydrated, use sunblock and wear a full brim hat for outdoor activities. If arriving by car make sure it’s been serviced for hot temperatures and always carry extra water for emergencies! Like any sizable city there are bargains in Vegas. But not very many will be found on The Strip. Less expensive rooms, food and shopping can be found. The “locals” casinos (away from the Strip and Downtown) can be significant money savers while still enjoying the “Vegas atmosphere”. Here’s a Vegas on a Budget link: https://www.companyofmen.org/threads/vegas-on-a-budget.121406/#post-1225039 Disclaimer: There is no guarantee this info is, or will remain, accurate. Exercise due diligence prior to making any time or financial commitments. Remember the odds ALWAYS favor the house!! Edit: Fixed dates for EDC May 16-23. P.S. Looking for some fresh blood who might be interested in taking over this quarterly posting for the benefit of the forum. You would start with the Jul-Sep quarter. I could help for awhile. PM me if interested and I’ll share my notes.
  9. Pet peeve #2. Yes! https://www.lasvegasadvisor.com/parking-fees/
  10. Pet peeve. Seems like the airlines went thru this years ago and the Federal Government finally stepped in about hidden fees. It's time to do the same with hotel fees. https://www.vegas.com/incl/resortfees.html
  11. Thanks for input. I checked deeper into the Arlo Pro series. Downloaded the manual, reviews by pcmag and tomsguide. It does not not record continuously - only when a programmable “trigger event” takes place. However, that may actually be an advantage for what I want to accomplish. It also has a USB port on the base station allowing a USB drive connection to save recorded events (video and/or audio). Free cloud based recordings (7 day rolling) and longer paid premium options. The model that I’m kinda leaning towards is the mid-level Arlo Pro (720p) since bandwidth constraints are a consideration for me. It now comes with rechargeable batteries. Expandable up to 15 cameras in highest paid premium plan. Free plan likely sufficient for me. Kinda leaning towards this. And I have a retired USB2 portable hard drive that I could bring back into service for the base station event recording to help keep initial cost down. But also curious about what the new Ring products will offer. So still in the research mode.
  12. Thanks for the leads. Researching those suggestions indicates Ring plans releasing some new products soon that were shown at the recent CES Show. That also took me a new lead for the Netgear Arlo Pro and Canary Flex products that are also possible contenders. I’ll likely hold off just a bit longer. This is like trying to compare insurance plans.
  13. With no experience try starting with l o n g sslloooww strokes of moderate pressure - generally moving in the direction of the heart. Check to make sure your friend doesn’t have allergies. The Pro’s will likely cringe a bit but, considering your situation, Neutrogena Body Oil (or generic store brand next to it) actually isn’t too bad. Sometimes you will also see Palmer’s Moisturizing Body Oil with Cocoa Butter. Or just use coconut oil. Preferably “Fractionated” and likely available at a Bed, Bath and Beyond (or similar) Store. Old fashioned Baby Oil is a little too thin. But it’s certainly better than nothing and it’s not likely to cause a skin reaction to allergy sufferers. Atmosphere is very important. Low light and maybe an aromatic candle. Soothing music played at a low background volume. Maybe just a bit warmer temperature than you might think since the oils can have a cooling effect on the body. Near the end put a face towel under the bathtub spout. Heat it up, wring it out. Make sure it’s not too hot and wipe excess oil off. Cover friend immediately (with towel or body) to preserve heat No. I’m not a professional - just a consumer Best wishes!
  14. I’m interested in an outside security camera system. Not trying to build a fortress or casino grade surveillance. Suggestions appreciated. Fairly quiet neighborhood IRT traffic and pedestrians. Brutal southwestern summer temperatures. If small enough cameras might be able to be inside looking out windows. Probably don’t need full 360 degree coverage but maybe something expandable. Would like to be able to set up custom parameters that would trigger an alert to phone. An example being to disregard tree area to preclude swaying branches from causing an alert. Would like to have that alert also initiate an on site recording with time stamp. Audio would be a plus but not a deal killer. iOS and macOS friendly. Budget is a significant factor.
  15. I find it near impossible to write without errors on my phone. It also seems that my spelling is starting to get worse. Maybe age related. That, and the innuendo often involved discussing this hobby, can be a bit challenging. Then there’s the “autocorrect” / “predictive text" / "spellcheck” features that seem to think they know better. I know you can turn them off but…. So I typically compose offline on my computer. Then I walk away, think about it for awhile, inevitably revise and only then paste to the forum thread. Then I clean it up yet again before hitting submit. And errors still sneak in. I’m especially forgiving of anyone trying to post who’s not a native English speaker. I’m happy they’re participating whether as an advertiser or in the forum.
  16. Does being up to my neck in shit count? Sorry….couldn’t pass up that opportunity. (Although the comment may have more validity than you might think)
  17. Not an escort here but here’s something for your educational enjoyment: http://andrejkoymasky.com/lou/dic/a.html Bypassing the “numbers” (many of which are derogatory) the first alphabetical answer that might be applicable to your question is: “Adventurous Heterosexual” Good entertainment just to click through definitions (you don’t have to close the “response window” each time - just click on the next entry of interest)
  18. Ohhh… one of those questions that could take pages to answer. So here’s a start. I suspect your assumption that most masseurs discussed in these forums are not licensed is probably correct. However that does not mean those unlicensed are not competent at massage. Not sure what you’re asking by “How do these places go about finding masseurs?” If you’re asking about professional hotel and resort spas they likely have a pile of resumes they go through submitted by licensed massage therapists. These legitimate venues would be state licensed and would only hire certified therapists. Most large cites have one, or more, massage therapy schools with graduates looking for jobs. My impression is that supply exceeds demand. So experience will play an important factor in getting hired. Here are a couple of previous threads to look at: (And yes - it’s a bitch to try to do a search - pet peeve that you can’t put a limit on start and end dates for a search). Thinking of becoming a masseur: https://www.companyofmen.org/threads/thinking-about-becoming-a-masseur.118636/ Masseur Wages-…. https://www.companyofmen.org/threads/masseur-wages-is-this-a-reasonable-projection.117867/#post-1158649
  19. @Prettyboysyndro - I tried to point out to the forum members that assumptions IRT your writing style might have a deeper explanation. There are some, like me, that might be willing work through your posts and try to provide useful comments. But you have done yourself a disservice by your age related counterattacks. I fall into that “old bullfrog / old fart / 65 or 70 / old robot / fossil” category. I just don’t think it helps you to point that out to me - or anyone else on the forum.
  20. Maybe some unfair assumptions. But I haven’t met so don’t really know. Earlier thread might help explain his writing challenges
  21. I believe, as the OP, you can edit your title and comments. Doesn’t apply to your comments that have been “quoted” to a “yellow box” by another. There may be a time limit to act.
  22. Maybe some ideas here for you from posts the past year: Payment methods…. https://www.companyofmen.org/threads/payment-methods-the-majority-of-escorts-prefer-to-use.125405/ Overnight and Travel… https://www.companyofmen.org/threads/overnight-and-travel-questions.123306/#post-1265300 Credit Card Question… https://www.companyofmen.org/threads/credit-card-question.82648/ CCs and PayPal https://www.companyofmen.org/threads/ccs-and-paypal.120077/#post-1209094
  23. The Southwest. Weather in late March should be very nice. Lots of activities available both indoors and outside. Probably help if the forum members had a better idea of your interests. Rent a car and make a loop that includes LA, San Diego and Vegas. LA has Hollywood, Universal Studios, Disneyland (you’re never too old). SDiego has an amazing zoo, Seaworld, tours of Scripps Institute. Vegas has… well Vegas. But there are lots of things to do besides visit casinos. There are wineries and beaches in SoCal. Don’t overextend yourself by trying to visit too many places during a one week visit. The distances involved can be deceiving.
  24. 25. Any neighborhood garage mechanics in your housing development that you can bribe with a 6-pack? Or that might direct you to someone who could do a scan? If not some local independent auto mechanic would likely do a code scan inexpensively. Or maybe someplace like Firestone Auto Service or PEP Boys. Seems like about every week I have a couple of auto coupon related deals in the junk mail envelope that comes to my mailbox. FWIW Kia Soul is generally a pretty reliable, low maintenance vehicle. And for future reference I think it has a timing belt - vice timing chain - ensure you replace it per manufacturer schedule.
