I'm not a provider so i can't fully relate, but just in general. I feel like those cities you listed just aren't places where most guys who have the financial means to hire regularly are at. Especially guys with resources for 3+ hour sessions or overnights or multi day bookings. I feel like Arkansas is not where those people reside. RM boosting it's popularity doesn't fix that, and possibly only would draw potential unwanted attention (law enforcement/government) to the site. Which could lead to possible shutdown, much like Craigslist or rent boy and such.
And yeah with Grindr and other hookup apps, things are different than the Craigslist days. Majority of people are not going to hookup apps to hire, they go there specifically to have actual real hookups. So of course they're going to be annoyed and block you when you mention them having to spend. Asking that of people on those apps kinda hits the same note as guys on Grindr who are just there to promote their OnlyFans (people don't like that). To them, you're basically doing the same thing as those annoying sugar daddy spam texts. People are on those apps looking for someone who's actually attracted to them to hook up with, not to spend money. There's of course some guys who are gen who hire off Grindr/hookup apps, but that's just not going to be the norm on those apps. Especially in this economy.
You'd probably be better off advertising on Twitter/X. Post content and get into the porn side of the Twitter algorithm, grow a following, and people will DM you or you can link them to your RM page or other website. I've seen tons of OnlyFans creators who do financial domination and they find clients for that on Twitter via DMs or from diverting followers to Telegram for example. I can't speak to how big the findom market is, but it's one that can be done regardless of distance because not all of those people want/need the in person element. I've also seen one or two OnlyFans creators on Twitter who just have their RM link right in their Twitter bio (which then advertises it to anyone who stumbles upon your profile, for free). But also yeah this doesn't really work unless you make porn content to post.

As an initial response to @soloyo215 query, this is a LOT. I'm the first to leap to providers' defense, but this and the rest of your response read as entitled and out of touch. Nearly every person who has a customer-facing job - especially one where you're a solo practitioner (hairdressers, make-up artists, realtors, salespeople) deals with some unserious inquiries. If I'm looking to rent an apartment or book a massage, I may reach out to a few providers to see who fits my schedule and budget. That is not wasting your time. That is an initial inquiry to see if it's worth moving ahead. 
Now, I rarely reach out to a provider looking for an appointment on the same day. I'm generally planning several days, sometimes a couple of weeks in advance. And often providers don't want to commit that far in advance. I'm also not masturbating to their pics at any point. As someone who also texts people and fields inquiries at times, I also have standard replies. It would take me under 20 seconds to copy a standard reply from my Notes app to iMessage. So, if you receive five inquiries in a day, you're spending 2-3 minutes total replying to those initial texts. That's not a lot of time to vet clients when you're charging $400 to $500/hour.

From the client side, efforts to schedule time with a provider can be equally frustrating.  Like most people, I have a job, I have family and social obligations, I cannot host (unless I take a hotel room) and I have personal limitations on when I can meet up (e.g., I'm usually up by 5am, so an 11pm weeknight meeting just isn't going to work for me), so I have limited times when I can meet.  I have reached out to many providers, and actually prefer the ones like you who see a limited number of clients.  But because they also have lives, jobs and obligations outside of escorting, they have busy schedules that may not be compatible with mine.  That's not anyone's fault.  It's just how it is.  
And that's my experience in NYC, where there are many local and visiting providers.  For you, where travel is an issue, I'm sure these scheduling problems are multiplied.  My way to address this is to hire the same provider regularly once we've made good contact, but even then there are scheduling problems that we have to work through week after week.  
I'd suggest you ask in your ad to please give you some indication of when they're looking to hire in their first contact.  Many won't or will be very vague, but some will answer "tomorrow evening" or "next Tuesday".  At least then you have some idea of whether anything is possible.  Other than that, I can only wish you luck.

It's YOUR job to make it sexy, not for the clients to make it sexy for you.  Getting into the mind frame to make it sexy is what separates the men from the boys. 
 
This is your choice. One of the joys for me about sex work is that I get to set my schedule. This has to be balanced with saying No to clients who want to see me at 2am.  You can set out 'open hours' like any other service does - we cannot be available 24hrs a day 7 days a week. We all need to make the choice at times - would we prefer see the client, or would we prefer 'getting things done'?  
But if you want to make money, and you want to be busy, you must be flexible and have an understanding that YOUR schedule needs flexibility to ensure you can get as many bookings as possible.

You willed this into situation into existence and you need to take some responsibly for it. I'm not saying what he did was right - but you literally threatened him that you would reverse payment if you were not happy. Not a great way to start a session. 
 
You may want to explore seeing a therapist or counselor and work on anxiety instead of hiring sex workers in bathhouses.

Again, like I said: the context I was using. It wasn’t to say medical care for an animal is not important. What I was saying is: I would be hard pressed to hear that someone is willing to spend $1,500 on a “spontaneous” vet bill (I’ve had a dog, and 2 cats myself…and unless it’s an actual injury, most of them did NOT require the $250 “emergency fee” that I found myself faced with). My dog was once diagnosed years ago (I don’t have pets now) with (edit) mange. The medication was going to be $240. I was 18 working an entry level job at the time. I said no. All I can say is after reading many postings from OP I would never consider hiring him. 
He has actually visited two cities I have been in and both times I hired someone else based on what I have read here. 
Have I had bad hires in the past absolutely. Have I had great experience at low price points, absolutely. 
Do I think price automatically means you are hiring quality? Not at all. 
The reality is every time we hire it is a gamble and the provider can post all that they have learned, how many hours of massage they have done etc. 
None of that means much because each person forms a different connection and related to the massage differently.
