Two recent one-star reviews- one suggesting he wasn't attentive to the client's requests (which were stated repeatedly), and the other alleging that he stole money and ran out. If true, this is a questionable person. Anyone have positive experiences with him recently? Its one thing to be inattentive and disregarding of a singular client, but the allegation of theft seems severe if true.

You quote "libel" as if I ever said libel- you need to read what I wrote apparently. These indeed are your impressions and opinions, and you hold no certificate in Psychology or Psychiatry. You are free to spew these strong conclusions about who he is based off of your interactions with him. Others like myself, who have not merely chatted with him but have actually met up with him, are free to cast doubt on those conclusions based on our own experiences.

Now you are casting him as potentially dangerous, having a potentially violent disposition, and having suppressed anger....... Aside from the subjectivity of these claims, they seem much different from merely being "neurodivergent" as many people repeatedly note on here... Edited response once I confirmed that he wanted *you* to be in control of the price you give him: I think a good course of action would be to think about what you would give a US-based, experienced provider for a spectacular 2 week companionship stint.
