  1. Compare to a well known mogul's Northern California home: See more photos here
  2. Was the hotel doing well before that?
  3. Tthere would need to be other businesses there that would draw gay tourists during the hours they aren't in the bathhouse. One could open a full-service hotel, with a bathhouse and multiple restaurants and bars, but it's hard to draw enough gay tourists to support such a large operation. Look at what happened to the Out Hotel--and that's in NYC!
  4. The interiors are gimmicky (e.g. the silly candy store) and cheaply done compared to the best houses in Bel Air/Beverly Hills and Silicon Valley.
  5. The men I know--both single men and gay couples--put a great deal of due diligence and money into the donor egg selection process and usually end up with stunning kids. (Unlike women, men's selections are not constrained by competitiveness with the egg donor.) I doubt they would allow all that time and money to go to waste by letting the kid eat junk food and play video games.
  6. Tha is a bummer about the diagnosis, Funguy. I remember asking you a medical question once, and your response was particularly well thought out—more so than that of some doctors I had seen. As QTR said, I am sure that will help you as you navigate the array of treatments available. I will be thinking of you!
  7. Someone did plug the hole.
  8. BVB's minks are no problem as long as they stay away from my terrace and hot tub.
  9. Pfizer's response, per the article: "If you are taking a medicine and experience any unexpected side effects, we recommend that you immediately report these to your doctor or to another healthcare professional, such as a nurse or carer."
  10. That's no problem, darling. I've already checked into our Pacific House at Post Ranch.

  12. Although many clients aren’t married and a few are in open relationships, there is some basis for this association.
  13. Evernote allows encryption of text within a note. I've used it for several years. You can use the free version on any iOS device, but the desktop version is premium only. I've used it for over five years and have found it very useful, although I find the iOS UI a little confusing sometimes. https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/209005547-How-to-encrypt-content-inside-Evernote
  14. While you're there, may I interest you in an Uzi? If you buy two, I'll throw in an assassination for no charge.
  15. Remember the manual?
  16. As you say, he government is imposing conditions that make life tougher for market players to find each other. The result will be to reduce variety seeking behavior by customers. But I don't think we can say that the effect on both sides is "equal." It might be that consumers perceive a greater increase in risk as a result of the Nordic model, and as a result, the demand curve will shift more than the supply curve. Of course, we're all just guessing.
  17. It's possible that, as you say, the "total tops" you want are raising their prices for you because of the stigma other clients attach to tops who bottom on the side. The other possibility is that the men you want are precisely those who dislike bottoming and require a premium to partake in it.
  18. If such a site ever existed, it's likely gone now.
  19. Backpage founder indicted on prostitution-related charges
  20. Stevenkesslar, your question appears to be "Will demand plummet as a result of the new legal regime (SESTA/FOSTA)?" You argue that demand might hold up. ZP was arguing something different: That demand is inelastic with respect to price: i.e. escorts can raise their prices to compensate for the increased risk without decreasing their income.
  21. The main issue is that, all other things being equal, it's harder to get casual sex with a straight woman than a gay man. You're also right that there's less of a stigma attached to being a male provider than a female one.
  22. FTM Zachary Prince, I think it's great that you can command a high rate, but try to see this from a client's point of view. Suggesting that clients should "get a 2nd job" or "make an investment into something income-generating" may turn people off. So may your statement that your rate is hundreds of dollars above the norm. You might want to consider deleting those parts of your post. I can delete this post as well if you'd like.
  23. Noted, thanks. Looks like I got too engaged in the debate.
