Agree that you have to watch how the indicators reset when you are completing the review form on the site. That happened to me once when entering the rate paid to the masseur. I didn’t notice that it had scrolled up to then currency above US dollars, which was  Turkish lira!  So the review read that the masseur was paid 250 lira! 

I have to say that when "setting" the scheduled and duration times, when I hit the screen to scroll down, the touch will reset the little arrow. 
So unless someone is paying attention and catches it before they submit, I don't believe that is always a reliable indicator.
But maybe this client was blown away by the incredible though abridged service. And felt that it was worth it, though he might have enjoyed the full time agreed upon, as who wouldn't with such a beautiful man?
