As has been mentioned, some will… some won’t. Some will say they will, but won’t. Some say they don’t, but do.
If you’re into kissing the best you can do is find a provider that says in their ad copy that they love kissing and also list it in their intos. If there is a guy you’re interested in, check and see if he’s mentioned on this site. DM a poster for details if they said they’ve met.
You can ask upfront, but just because you ask, it doesn’t mean they’ll do it once you actually meet. Some guys will say they will just to get you in the door and bank on you won’t leave once you’re there. Some may decide to kiss only in the moment (in the heat of passion, only greeting you or saying goodbye, or once they see what you look like) even though they say they are into it from the get go.
There are communicable diseases from kissing. I couldn’t tell you what the transmission rates are. Personally I never have had an issue. The other issue may be the guy just isn’t a great kisser even if he claims to be. And yes, bad breath can be an issue. Although honestly, I haven’t met a provider who kissed me with bad breath.

Ragarding losing your hotel money because of a cancellation, Dayuse allows you to cancel all the way up to when you are scheduled to check out without penalty.  So I always schedule to meet at the beginning of the Dayuse window and do not check in until I am at least 80% sure the guy is showing.

I have a rotation of 3 guys locally, but I like to sample if someone of interest comes along.  I also try and sample someone new anytime I travel for work.  I am usually in the LA area so there are a lot of samples to test!

I have seen a lot of comments here about DayUse.  I use it myself quite often, but something to be aware of.  Booking rooms on Saturday,  Sunday and Monday can be risky as the hotel can overbook and you are screwed because DayUse does not have priority and you can be roomless.  If I am meeting someone during those days I just pay the xtra and book normally.

I have posted several reviews for Okopit on rentmen as he is a regular of mine.   To be honest, I totally agree with your assessment of the massage.  I primarily see him for the extras and the massage is just an add on.  He is an amazing lover in the bedroom and the more you get to know him, the better it gets.  He is one of the best kissers I have ever been with in this hobby!  I think the language barrier makes him a little nervous until he knows you, but once he does, there is nothing he wouldn't do for you in a session.

Just saw this.  In over 20 years of working I only raised my rate 4 times.  In the very beginning from $800 to $1000 for an overnight (not long after that I had to stop doing overnights after my Partner requested it) and hourly in the beginning from $200 to $220 and then, after many many many years, $220 to $250. Lastly, my massage rate was a very very low $85 for a very very long time, I was undercutting everyone and I was also a very good masseur.  I never loved massage the way I loved escorting, so I raised it to $140, hoping that was close enough to $220 for most/many to choose escorting instead.   
In each of those cases I never raised the rates on those men I'd been seeing for a long time and especially not those I saw regularly.  As much as your regulars love you, they have complicated lives and a small increase anyone can afford may be what they rationalize to stop hiring..  Best to stay consistent if you want to keep them.  That was just my approach.

I met Ezra last month.  Very nice, hot and knows what he is doing.  He provides a good time.

Ridiculous to assume that anyone should pull over or interrupt a session. I've said that I book in advance and give a day to respond. That's more than fair. 
And that you get dozens of messages shouldn't be the client's problem. 

If expecting a professional to respond to a question posed in the forum in which they advertised makes me high maintenance,  then its a badge I can wear proudly.
There are very few providers I want to see,  and if this is part of my screening method to find those that are professional and don't expect the customer to jump through hoops, so be it.
And I've already said that those two word queries don't deserve a response and that those clients who try and get off on communication with providers are scum, so just because I hit a nerve doesn't mean. I'm always pro-client. It just means that there is truth in something I said and that bothers you.
