If the chat to set up an appointment feels like it's getting weird or gnarly, odds are the appointment will be the same--or not happen at all. I ask a lot of questions but try to be respectful of the provider's time, because I know that some providers might think I'm just wasting their time jerking off. But if I sense anything like annoyance or hostility or any weird unprofessional requests (like you received from that client), I end the interaction and look elsewhere. Trust that instinct and walk away.

Same here.  Our body types sound similar!  I have had wonderful experiences with some very hot guys in their early to mid 20s and unless they are really good actors, I also feel they are having as good a time as I am.  Whatever the case, I just enjoy.  I have 2 that always reach out to me first to see when they can see me again.
 

The use of superlatives to describe oneself drives me crazy.  If I hire you, I’ll be the judge of just how wonderful you are.  If you describe yourself as “high class” I’ll automatically assume you aren’t.

In my experience what happens further typically depends on the individual masseur.
I was surprised by how far some went after stating what they would or would not do. Others were strictly by the book or willing to up-charge for other things.

Unless they've specifically detailed what it entails i try and go in with no expectations. 
Then what happens tend to depend on what the masseur feels like at the time. 
I've certainly had masseurs go further with me than they have with others and vice versa.

I hear what you are saying, but one of my longtime providers just did new pics for his profile and he has two in there with the finger.  Has not changed my feelings about him.. still a great provider and person.  I think it is just a pose and nothing to be read into it.   Just my opinion.

I am newer at this, but I still see the guy I hired the first time almost 3 years ago.  I feel lucky that I selected a good guy considering I came at this with no saavy when it came to selection.  We see each other at least once, if not twice a month.
I honestly never tire of him.  Sweet guy, very sexy and kind of wild and gentle at the same time in bed.  There is a friendly bond between us where we talk about family, life events, etc.  When it is all said and done, I feel very comfortable when we are together.

I had no issue with him and the English part.  I would just recommend talk slower and avoid slang and you'll have no issue.  He really is very nice and goes out of his way to please the client.

I have two that I meet with that do things with me that they say they don't do with others.  It makes for a nice bond.

What I have found is with some providers you can have an agreement and upcharge to have it happen.  Some just will not.
The best situations are when it just happens naturally because you have bonded so well with him.  Those are my favorites.

I admit I have broken the deposit rule a few times.  When I travel to CA for work, anyone I want to hire has to drive at least an hour to me and they typically ask for $50-$75 upfront to cover gas.  If the interaction is professional I am Ok and have done it without issue to this point.  But I do hear your point.

After.  I just met a newer provider recently and he asked for payment when we met in the hotel room.
I politely explained that was a no for me and he should have mentioned it upfront.  He relented and we had a good time and I paid him with a tip.  I explained to him that requesting that is a turn off right away, but it turned out Ok because he accepted the advice and was nice about it.  I also explained if I pay up front... you are not getting a tip as I don't do two transactions.  Just my thing.
I have seen him two more times since and we have had fun times and all is good.  I actually think he appreciated the insight and advice.
