Honestly he is very much worth it if you are looking for a massage...it is very good.  I certainly don't want to give the impression that he is not worth hiring because that is not the case.  I would definitely hire him again.

I agree with everything above.  The good ones dont care about that stuff.  They care that you are nice, respectful and hygienic. 
Follow those rules and you will see how good of a time you will have!

Unfortunately you are going to have some of those as you feel your way through what you like in a provider.  I think we have all experienced this, and I don't know if I would call it remorse versus learning.  What you or I may love in a provider, another person does not value and vice versa.
What I will say is when you find one that really turns you on, hire him more than once.  I have found that if things seem to be good from meet number one, they only get better as you learn about and get comfortable with each other.

As a client I have regulars I see aged from 25-33.  They have all told me they prefer older clients.  Reasons they have told me is more reliable, know what they want and more sexual experience.  
As an older client I have found the younger providers I see really appreciate an intimate experience more than I would have thought versus just a quick lay.  I tend to favor the younger age range and have been blessed to find several amazing guys who I thoroughly enjoy.

I've had this same problem ever since I have been hiring.  I have always let the provider lead the way and so far it's been mostly successful.  After a year,  I've finally opened up to my primary guy things I specifically like.  I don't know why it's so difficult but I struggle too with it.
