While I don't think the posts you copied deserve a response, I think you sound jaded. If someone asks you a specific question in RM, they have a reasonable expectation that you will read it and respond appropriately. You seem to think l should have to pay for the privilege of booking an appointment with you. 
That might have something to do with why you aren't getting bookings. 
You don't need to "keep track of a third party messenger app" because you can set RM to email you when you get a message. It would be nice if they would text you instead, but checking your email periodically is not too much to ask for a business.
Before I pay any sort of provider, whether it be an accountant, a lawyer, or an electrician,  it seems normal that we would have a discussion about if they handle the kind of service I need. 
If I called the number on the ad, and rather than answer the phone or ask me to leave a number, they sent me to yet another website or asked me to call another number, I would move on to the next provider. I would think it was unprofessional or a scam.

For a newcomer who is untested without a proven track record, his rates are considered high for the San Francisco area as well.

I have not hired him, but:
He's harassed multiple members of this site begging them to remove any discussion of him. He's created more than a dozen accounts to contact people who have blocked him or ignored him. He's submitted DOZENS of reports for various reasons (ranging from DMCA to harassment to stalking) in an effort to get content removed. He's sent dozens of emails/contact us messages threatening the site with legal action. At the end of the day, he's batshit crazy and if he will do these kinds of things... he's most likely not going to respect your privacy and will have no problem continuing to bother/harass you afterwards if he does not get his way or disagrees with what you might say.  
Save yourself the headache and the harassment and avoid him.  
 

I beg to disagree.  If we use the number of positive and five star reviews as a metric for a provider’s worth, we should not stop at one or two similar complaints.  Every member here who’s had experience with a provider should be encouraged to share such experience whether good or bad.
I met with a provider yesterday who I was warned about because of a few negative reviews of him. I asked him about them and his answer was that I should focus on the numerous good reviews instead of the “few” bad ones.  Unfortunately, I found the “few bad ones” to be very accurate. It was a $400 mistake for me.

Having comparable dialogue from him in wanting me to remove my post for "privacy concerns". Given that he is "all over" the www, "privacy" for him has flown the coop long ago, a bird no longer in hand to manage. .

And you are hiring in the Miami Beach/Fort Lauderdale area? There is a glut of providers in your location, most of whom will not ask for money upfront. You also have the option to go to one of the three strip clubs in the area and hire a boy eager to make a love connection. Most of us don't have that luxury.
