I live and hire in NYC. 
My sweet spot is 90 minutes for an erotic massage/interactive playtime combo.  For that reason, I prefer working with guys who have both a masseur and an escort ad.  For that, I am quoted rates between 240 and 300.  I do tip well for good performance.  After tip, a 90 minute session ends up being $300 - $400, which I find very reasonable.  The guys seem happy with that and I have no problems getting repeat appointments.

My hunch is that the rates and services may change a bit depending on which city he is in, how busy he is and on how the vibe with the client is.
