Update - he was indeed prompt and professional in informing me of his $350 fee and confirming time and place of the incall appointment. 
However, at no point in time did he ask about me, my sexual preferences or what I wanted to get out of a session.  Nothing,  Just fee, time and place.  Which left me wondering - am I just a number to him?  It all felt very cold and very transactional.  I cancelled 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.  I think my cancellation upset him.
Instead, I had a wonderful 3-course lunch with wine pairing at Le CouCou - for $260 which included a generous tip.   The restaurant went above and beyond letting me try additional plates and wines.  The hospitality was overwhelming.  I felt good spending $260 there vs $350 on a potentially cold experience in a HK walk up.
