Nothing screams mood kill more than dialing up a toll free number to verify if the funds are actually there. 😆 Also, this would not at all be something I would accept, as I learned from giving a cash gift card as a gratuity. The company I bought the gift card from had me register the number to activate it, and after I gave it as a gift, sent me a replacement card to my address! Very rarely, when someone pulls their ad, it's due to having a decent enough regular client base that is isn't necessary to advertise any longer. I personally can't stand the taste of ham, and it doesn't agree with my digestive system anyway. My sister (the twice divorced size queen / lousy chef) REFUSES to ever have turkey when she hosts Thanksgiving. She hosts, so she chooses the entrees.
