An important skill to have is self-defense. Plus those types of physical arts allow for people who practice them to have a strong mind and body connection.

Counting the days until our boy Vin travels to share his massive shredded goodness with his East Coast fans in July! He says he hasn’t yet achieved his size and conditioning goals. Based on these progress photos, taken yesterday, his “final form” is going to be FUCKING MIND-BLOWING!

I have only been to Chicago twice for short trips, but my impression has always been positive. Great food & restaurant scene, and if you are in for a good laugh, 2nd City Comedy Club is a go-to. Many of the troupe members have eventually transitioned their careers to Saturday Night Live or comedic writers and producers in the entertainment industry. Would definitely go back again

I myself prefer a complex, multi-layered, many-sided musclebeast! Danny, in common with my other favorite guys, is VERY good at playing the Angel/Devil game.

I saw him very recently, and I will say that he is in top shape. If you are looking for a well-rounded muscle stud, you can't go wrong with Danny.

I can also say from recent personal experience that Danny is a multifaceted pleasure. I have spoken on and off over the years and he exceeded any expectations that I had beforehand.

He is a joy to get to know, and I’m very glad that I finally had the opportunity to converse and interact with this light of a person.

I would say having a dad who is a type 2 diabetic on ozempic the biggest issue I see is diabetics who actually need the medication for it’s initial purpose cannot find it at their local pharmacies. While people who are taking it to lose the extra 10 to 20 lbs are taking up the supply in the suburban areas.
It’s sad seeing someone who actually need the medication has to travel almost 2 hours just to find his prescription, while upper class gay men who have contacts are taking this medication instead of adjusting their diet or even just change their exercise routine and talking about taking ozempic like it’s taking a multivitamin.

That’s the main reason why I am trying to change my habits now, I have family members who have health issues like this on both sides and I don’t want to rely on these types of medication that we don’t know the overall long term effect’s especially if it’s not it’s initial purpose.

    HOLIDAY EATING TIPS
    1.   Avoid carrot sticks. Anyone who puts carrots on a holiday buffet table knows nothing of the Holiday spirit. In fact, if you see carrots, leave immediately. Go next door, where they're serving rum balls.
    2. Drink as much eggnog as you can. And quickly, it's rare. You cannot find it any other time of year but now. So drink up! Who cares that it has 10,000 calories in every sip? It's not as if you're going to turn into an eggnog-alcoholic or something. It's a treat. Enjoy it. Have one for me. Have two. It's later than you think. It's Christmas!
    3. If something comes with gravy, use it. That's the whole point of gravy. Gravy does not stand alone. Pour it on. Make a volcano out of your mashed potatoes. Fill it with gravy. Eat the volcano. Repeat.
    4. As for mashed potatoes, always ask if they're made with skim milk or whole milk. If it's skim, pass. Why bother? It's like buying a sports car with an automatic transmission.
    5. Do not have a snack before going to a party in an effort to control your eating. The whole point of going to a Holiday party is to eat other people's food for free. Lots of it. Hello?
    6. Under no circumstances should you exercise between now and New Year's. You can do that in January when you have nothing else to do. This is the time for long naps, which you'll need after circling the buffet table while carrying a 10-pound plate of food and that vat of eggnog.
    7. If you come across something really good at a buffet table, like frosted Christmas cookies in the shape and size of Santa position yourself near them and don't budge. Have as many as you can before becoming the center of attention. They're like a beautiful pair of shoes. If you leave them behind, you're never going to see them again.
    8. Same for pies. Apple, Pumpkin, Mincemeat. Have a slice of each. Or if you don't like mincemeat, have two apples and one pumpkin. Always have three. When else do you get to have more than one dessert, Labor Day?
    9. Did someone mention fruitcake? Granted, it's loaded with the mandatory celebratory calories but avoid it at all cost. I mean, have some standards.
    10. One final tip: If you don't feel terrible when you leave the party or get up from the table, you haven't been paying attention. Re-read tips; start over, but hurry, January is just around the corner. Remember this motto to live by:
"Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate and wine in one hand, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming " WOO HOO   what a ride!"   Have wonderful holidays

I maintain my normally frenetic, Type A workout schedule throughout the holiday season and eat moderately but well. I’m taking a break from wine, which I love, so that eliminates plenty of useless calories. I will have some top shelf Burgundy or Barolo with holiday dinners, however. Such indulgences never add any pounds since my metabolism is still pretty good!

Ten years ago, almost to the day, 80 lbs overweight, and faced with a diagnosis of sleep apnea (on top of high blood pressure, high cholesterol, pre-diabetes, and a bad back), I struck a bargain with my doctor: I would lose twenty pounds, and he would take the dreaded CPAP machine off the table. He agreed, and ten days before Thanksgiving — because why make it easy on myself? — I started eating at a deficit, and began the process of totally reforming my diet. A decade later, I’ve kept the weight off, and “cured” myself of various ailments. I’ve kept the fat off, and added some substantial muscle, in part by not sweating the holidays. I THOROUGHLY enjoy a ginormous carb-heavy Thanksgiving feast every year (and on other occasions!) with friends and family; but then I get right back to healthy moderate eating. And I try really, really hard not to slack off at the gym.
