I had a Masseur that I was seeing regularly for years. Seems that massage was just a stepping stone to greater things (much like a stripper working her way through medical school). He's moved on. I had to get over it. You do too.

There is no real way to tell. You can read their ad, you can read their reviews, you can ask folks here, and you can ask the provider. NONE of those will guarantee how your session will go.
High price does not mean that sex is included Nude pics doesn't mean that you will get to experience that big dick or that juicy ass. Someone's experience/review here or elsewhere is no guarantee that you will have the same session and experience. As commonly said here: Your Mileage May Vary (YMMV). You can ask the provider. However, some may not discuss extras via phone/text. I have had sessions where I was promised things ahead of time and they were NOT delivered. I have had sessions where the Masseur stated that there were no extras...and it was a fuckfest. It's unfortunate, but you have to use ALL of these tactics in combination with your own instincts. It can be trial and error...but you will start learning to read the signs and read between the lines.
I would say that this FORUM is your greatest tool in helping you navigate the waters. One of the best benefits is that this FORUM tells you who to AVOID. The search function can be your best friend.
 

I saw him last night in DC.  He is real and the pics are real. The session was just what I was looking for LAST NIGHT. I had just had an incredible Legit massage from a hot Asian guy (thanks Sve/Borgata) a couple days earlier. I was missing that "other" part of the massage. Julian/ManMasseur fits that bill. If you want to spend time with a nice guy, with a hot body,  that is supercharged, at a decent rate...AND massage is NOT your top priority, then give him a shot.  I would definitely repeat...if that is what I was looking for.
Hot Hot Baby! Yes...you are not far off. However, that is not slam. I think that Vanilla Ice is a hot guy...and he actually seems to be a nice guy. Yes Julian/ManMasseur has a little swag to him, but it is all good.

He had a MF ad up too. Saw it a few times and thought why not. His text messages where all over the place about where and when and timing challenges. I just wanted a massage, so I told him to text when he got settled. 3 days later I get a text and he is in a hotel around the corner from me. Again, figure why not even though my spidy-senses told me just stay home. Mind you, I never asked for anything other than a massage and when I arrived it was anything but a massage. He did not even try to massage me.
Now he is super nice and very good looking and bisexual and a lot more I can share from all his sharing. Either way, if you want to hang out with a nice guy who is sexually charged up... he is your man. If you want a massage... I would look elsewhere. Hope this helps

Rob is not exactly new. I had a session with him back in July when he first started advertising. Good looking 40ish guy. His face delivers what his body promises. He will send a face pic upon request. Super nice guy too. Good massage and not a clock watcher. He lives in Western Maryland, but has a wide travel radius.

This guy is tried and true.  While he is a few inches taller than I am, he is quite sexy, slender and naturally wonderfully muscled like an otter.  Very sexy.  I easily scheduled a massage for 90 minutes, and he was professional during the texts to scheudule and replied timely, too.  He arrived on time and proceeded to massage for more than 90 minutes.  His techniques are great, and my muscles feel wonderful.  Regarding other details, his add is accurate.  I will hire him again, and I highly recommend him.  So nice to have an option in the area!

Great Post... Yeah there has been an uptick in prices.  And from some (IMHO) who don't deserve to charge that high.  I posted something not too long ago how masseurs may offer great amenities (hence the higher price). However, when they are traveling and can't offer these, they still keep that high price.

I agree there is a relationship to price and quality.  Higher the price LOWER the quality of massage
Again IMHO I think these high rates are geared at those who want MORE than a massage but don't want the stigma of hiring an escort.

Hunter's name is David...so sounds like it could be the same guy. He also use to go my MassageBuff and GayMassagePro. I have been to him several times. Great mix of therapeutic and the "other stuff". Here is a comment from me in another thread about this guy:

These sites aren't necessarily for M4M. However, they can provide leads to guys not on the M4M sites or can be used to cross reference guys in your research.
 
Massagebook.com - Does not have the ability to filter for males. I have seen guys on this site that have advertised at one time or another on the M4M sites or CL.
 
Massageanywhere.com - Does not have the ability to filter for males. They are not good at keeping the information up, so a lot of the information may be dated. However, can be good to get a lead on someone...or see an older ad of someone advertising elsewhere now. The site is also a little quirky to use. Your search only brings back a subset of the matches unless you are a "financial contributor" to the site. However, if you re-execute the search, you may get a different subset with additional matches.
 
MassageFinder.com - This is the "legitimate" companion website to MasseurFinder. Some masseurs advertise on both. You may also find a [missing] masseur that used to advertise on MasseurFinder now only advertises on MassageFinder.
 
Healthgrades.com - Looks to be a strictly legitimate site. It does allow you to filter buy gender and location (within miles). It could be used to identify some new potentials or as a cross reference in your research.

Now back to the subject at hand...
 
I just left a session with Rainer while he is here in DC. It took a couple of texts before a got a reply. I am glad that I put in the effort. Good massage and good fun. I would definitely repeat.
