Spa club sucks, totally not worth the money IMO. Very small. In the men’s nude area, there’s just one sad little hot tub in a scorchingly bright room, and a steam room that only sometimes works. 

the area is monitored by nasty attendants with scowls who bark at you if you drip even one drop of water in the locker area. 
 
just my two cents, not fun or relaxing and not worth it.

I just thank God NYC isn’t wasting precious taxpayer resources on patrolling subways or filling pot holes or picking up trash and instead is now focused on ending handjobs given to people I don’t know by people I’ve never met in places I’ve never been. What a relief! I feel safer already. 
 
(Who are the loser cops signed up for this pathetic duty? Their families must be so proud! “Mom and Dad! I brought a halt to some dangerous handjobs on 42nd Street today!  Are you proud?”) 

Recent nyc spa experience: Stopped by a place called Siam Retreat recently because they advertised male for male massage and it showed up in my search for m4m massage. While the massage itself was very good and the provider was quite sweet and handsome, it was strictly therapeutic and a little pricey ($150 before tip).
just adding my experience to save others some $ if you are seeking something extra from your massage, or if you want a strictly legit Thai massage this could be the place.

I think it’s consensus at this point, but confirming that Oasis is trash 

No decent therapeutic aspect from most if not all of the masseurs here. Plus the newly trained masseurs tend to leave after some months. Perhaps management issue?

I’m spending about 7% of my gross annual income and it feels like too much. 
Lately I’ve been taking notes after I leave a spa and I’m finding that most of the time it’s not worth it.

Kind of want to cut it out altogether tbh but I have a stressful corporate job and along with edibles it’s the only thing that lets me decompress and unwind.

I don’t understand this turn around from the city, I remember clearly a couple of years ago that the city (or was it NYPD?) announced that they were going to stop prosecuting spas for happy ending and reprioritise police and judicial resources to more important matters. 

The mayor is due for reelection next year, and, since he doesn’t know how to deal with real problems, he tries to deal with fake ones?

Whoever is leading this so-called bust is a total moron. As if there aren’t 100 places just like this for straight blue-collar guys AND like a million ACTUAL problems for the city to deal with.
 
Harassing these guys that work at m&j is repressive and gross.

I recently had a massage with Zaid and I would not repeat. I thought I read positive reviews, but, I’m doing additional searching, and I think I got confused with a former masseur there with a similar name. 
I’ve had some great experiences at Spa 27 and this unfortunately was not one of them.

I went recently, not good:
1. The steam room was out of order (and apparently has been for months). Without the steam room, there’s just one sad and depressing little whirlpool in the men’s room
2. I felt like the attendant was following me around the whole time with bad energy, like I was a would-be shoplifter in a store full of things he felt I couldn’t afford. 
3. Empty when I went, Saturday mid day
Since the new owners of spa castle have killed the vibe there as well, we are now at a severe spa shortage lol 

Yes, I did a walk-in a while back and received 30 min from Hideson.  Solid B+ massage with some sensual elements.  Overall, for the price point, I find the massages at NP are consistently pretty good.  Not quite as good as the guys Hush,  but good pricing and it's usually easy to book an appointment!

I was thinking he had potential standing at 6'7" and with @Harryinnyverification but not at those price points.  He's asking for an extremely high price to view the goods!

Saw him at escape a few months ago. Was strictly legit, which is odd because he clearly offers more and I’ve always been well taken care of at escape. I tip well, so not sure why. 
The massage was very “slow,” like to the point where I was like did this guy not have coffee today or what. He’s good looking but wouldn’t repeat. 

Saw Andy at Renew Regal on Canal. Good therapeutic massage, cute guy. Nothing out of the ordinary, standard $70 + tip for 60 min.
probably wouldn’t go out of my way to return, as canal street isn’t my favorite place and getting to/from isn’t the easiest from my neighborhood.

Made the mistake of going here recently, just awful.
The guy who greeted me and brought me into the room was reasonably good looking, started the massage and it was fine. Things progressed, then he went to get a hot towel. I go to turn over and it’s a different person...totally different guy.  So shady and weird. I asked for 30 min, it was over in 20 and I left covered in oil.
 
Disgusting, would never go back.

Not fonts, but full width characters, typically used when Chinese/Japanese input methods were activated. Unsurprising given the trail of cryptic, half-assed attempt various NYC spa promotions in the past.
