When I see that line copy in an ad, I always respect their wishes and move on to someone else.

I always feel that "do not waste my time" and other off-putting comments have no place in any kind of ad. The purpose of an ad is to attract a client. If that client is not for you, you can vet them after making contact.

I find that it is popping up more in guys ads that are new to the profession and have no reviews. Wreaks of a scam to me honestly. My thought is they will be a time waster or quick to get to you and take your for your money.
