he last logged in to his RM account just last Wednesday.....though his ad is currently "expired", I've seen expired RM ads in which the advertiser had logged in only a few hours earlier......I don't think we can say he's "gone" quite yet..... a bigger concern may be his home base of Phoenix....though it's the sixth largest city in the country (population), the city has a tradition of being not-so-busy for most providers.....

yeah, he may just be experiencing utter frustration over no-shows and late cancels.....most well-respected providers have this cancellation/no-show trouble and some try various remedies, but other providers never try the "deposit required" option and just soldier through the disappointing no-shows.......I suppose the very tiptop, reliable, peerless providers could require a deposit if they want (and I'm sure the provider would show up!), but it creates some level of stuffy exclusivity, I think, and can be messy if a client has a very legit reason for a late cancel

those of us who live in desert areas are used to low humidity and, as a result of that, wide swings between day- and night-time temperatures......"freeze at night, burn in the daytime" is a saying for some around here.... but our summer rains, exotically called "monsoons" by some, arrive in July and August and the resulting humidity keeps night-time temperatures high.....a few days ago, the actual low for the entire day was 94 degrees in Phoenix, a record "high low" for that date.......step outside in a typical residential neighborhood and one can hear the steady drone of air-conditioners all around, day and night..... swimming pools help a lot if there is access to one......

Have never heard of a deposit being required before even a rate is quoted!! Especially from a guy you say is fairly popular! I wonder if there's anything more to the story.
