he's been on RM for eight days, unless he has had previous different handles.......he may've heard of flaky clients and phony outcalls and, thus, may've been advised to get a deposit........he could be entirely honest, but the no-deposit rule still is advised......you can plead your case and say you're honest and will pay at the end, but it's up to him.......perhaps offer to meet him for coffee at a place very near him to prove yourself (but that could spook him, too.......)

honestly, I never look at any map that might be offered in any profile......most are inaccurate (City Hall or the main PO are common defaults) and it's always best to communicate directly with the provider and ask about incall/outcall options and actual incall location/neighborhood......their location on a profile map is certainly not a deciding factor for me!!

as you say you're doing, sending a text seems to be the preferred method these days, so you're good there.....whatever method they request in their profile there are many varying reasons why you're not getting a good response rate: the provider is very busy and can't reply to all inquiries, they are only fishing for replies to see if a trip to your city is worth it, they sense something askew in your inquiry and are spooked by it, they think you aren't serious, they prefer a date-and-time request in the first inquiry and aren't in the mood for chitchat.....etc., etc........not all providers are guilty of all of these possibilities, of course, but there are many possible reasons....... you aren't the first one to lament lack of replies!!!!
