    without being asked, I'll usually offer my basic stats in an early communication with any new provider.....usually helps with proving my sincerity and honesty, I think, and, along with other friendly chat, makes it all more comfortable for both of us

    still choking the chicken as much as I ever did, pre-covid and currently......whether or not I'm meeting with a provider soon doesn't usually affect my solo pursuits, though I may resist in the day or two before in an effort to make the meeting with the provider more productive.......

Will ask for more money for more after you are all heated up
