in Firefox, there is a Search By Image add-on that you can download into the browser for free......has been helpful at times......right-click on a photo and the search option will be a choice -

if not too late (?), can you just get a room yourself (after all, it's summer in Phoenix and even nicer places are not too pricey) and invite him over for an "outcall"?......then you can enjoy the pool, crank the AC, and have a mini-vacay yourself.......or has that ship sailed already?
