A trusted provider I know who filmed a scene with Charlie told me Charlie is a very good guy and would be easy to hang with. My texting with him was a bit terse and humorless, but I'll chalk that up to normal GenZ texting protocol!

this thread will grow to many pages by early February, 2021, when host Oliver will make a general announcement here in the forum of the event with instructions on how to "register"...... the weekend is very casual and friendly.....everybody is eager to meet and put a face to a username.....as said above, many forum members will stay at one of a few gay-oriented hotels in the Warm Sands neighborhood of Palm Springs (some are clothing-optional, but none are nudity-required)....there are a couple other less expensive options, like the somewhat-popular, but less luxurious, clothing-optional Canyon Club, very near downtown......be warned that because nearly every weekend in the spring season is popular with various events in the Palm Springs/Coachella Valley area, accommodations will be very expensive....I believe the downtown Motel 6 was about as much as $150/night in recent years, though the Canyon Club might be even less......

a thread like this appears once a year or so..... I've mentioned in those previous threads that I nearly always go commando here in the warm, dry desert.....it's cooler, quicker, easier, drier, and more comfortable......my pants and shorts are not tight and I even go commando at the gym (loose cargo shorts worn)......in bed, I wear loose cotton shorts and a very loose t-shirt in the summer (loose long sweat pants in the winter)...... almost the only time I wear underwear (boxer briefs) is if I know I'll have to take off my pants that day and it'd be awkward if I didn't have underwear on! (doctor, back wax guy, etc.)

as a young adult, I barely remember seeing King Oliver's Creole Jazz Band in Chicago in, I believe, 1923.......one of the biggest bands of that era.....sadly, King Oliver died in utter poverty in 1938 in Savannah........
