I've said this before, but I gotta giggle at NYers and their little travel horror stories......I realize it's very crowded back there and cumbersome to move around, but many of we Westerners think nothing of driving an hour or more for a good burger and a cold beer......

further update: couldn't synch schedules, but replies were efficient (as far as texting goes) and I'll pursue a meeting in the future.....

many of us, knowingly or not, meet with felons who have served hard time......several much-respected and well-known providers we all talk about fall into this group and it all works out perfectly in the end.......hell, even I once spent a night in jail.......yes, Dennis West's alleged offense is serious and may offend some clients, but you probably won't wind up in trouble or robbed or what-have-you

I just texted the RM ad number and, in addition to asking about a meeting for tomorrow, asked about the same pictures in the Detroit jock2go ad cited by MichiganMan just above here......the very fast reply said that ad was about five years old and he'd take it down......it's now gone already......I don't know if I was texting a handler, as has been suggested upthread, but my inquiry about meeting in Phoenix was not addressed.... UPDATE: pursued the convo and meeting is planned......

good points made above..... as mentioned, check for ponding/pooling where the water is not draining toward whatever drain (scupper??) is set up to drain the roof......this will be very obvious (dried water marks, discoloration, flaking roof coating) ....... as said, flat roofs are not really flat because they do need to drain the water in some way...... periodic coating of the roof with a roof coating product is needed every four or five years (usually a white thick paint).....as said above, it's like painting with a long pole and roller brush.....easy, except that roof access is often the hardest part!...... some bemoan flat roofs, but regular maintenance is all that's needed......but check that ponding!!! don't know anything about the AC concern without more detail.....

as with many providers, it's probably on a case-by-case basis......which is only fair......as always, client attitude, hygiene, chemistry, discretion, respect are all important factors that go into a successful meet for both client and provider....... (do I really need to periodically clarify this??!!)

nearly the first time I had just started filling out a standard name/home address/email address/phone number form on a new computer a couple months ago, the entire form was suddenly populated with all the correct info in all the fields......jesus, it was freaky......I'd never seen that on any earlier computers.....a techy friend who was at my side helping me with the new computer seemed nonchalant when I expressed surprise and said the personal info was probably already cached.....
