in an effort to lose a few lbs., I'm reduced to ordering my In N Outs "protein style" off their "secret menu"......iceberg lettuce replaces a bun.......soon, I'll be able to reward myself and eat a double-double the way it ought to be eaten.......protein style is pictured here:

note that his OF page apparently has no content at all and has a higher-than-average subscription charge......probably not worth joining at this point?! a misspelled rentmasseur link in his OF profile, even when corrected, seems defunct.....but the correct link was logged into two hours ago... and he also logged into his RM profile two hours ago.... it's been about three years since we last met (see my post upthread).....very friendly, low-key, unpretentious guy.....we last texted a few months ago in anticipation of a visit by him to my area again.....that was evidently postponed because of the covid, but he said he's back to 100 after his 2018 leg injury......

as long as his tone and presence doesn't bother you in general and he doesn't seem to try to up$ell some more soul-healing or what-have-you (and as long as you don't insult his holistic beliefs), I'd stay with him......he probably does believe all this soul stuff and may have, in fact, sensed some physical tightness in your muscles which you didn't realize because it might be normal to you.....respect him and have fun.....

was at Target a couple days ago looking for a stainless-steel saucepan......the specific size I wanted was out in the display (other sizes were available), so I asked a "team member" if there were some in the back.......he pulled out some tablet-like thing, punched something in, and said all stores but one in town were out of stock.....I was impressed with that quick answer

has American offered a response to the NY Times article??.....I looked around, but I'm not a social media kinda guy...... the premium-priced exit-row seats are touchy......I can imagine the younger and quicker passengers sensing a payday and making a beeline to the four or eight (??) empty exit-row seats and defending it as "social distancing" while older, less-agile, more vulnerable passengers are left behind......if nearly every standard/basic seat was full and only one or two exit-row seats were occupied, moving three or four up to the exit-row won't solve anything...... we need to hear both sides......that picture of the disgusted-looking guy leaning his head against the seat in front of him seems melodramatic and may not even have to do with this episode...... call me cynical, but I'd like to hear the response from American.....have the airlines given up on social distancing in "basic economy"?

I just checked Accuweather's RealFeel for Palm Springs......at the airport, I assume, it's 108 with a RealFeel of 107......yup, that miraculous dry heat is a true blessing for us desert rats!
