don't use the internet for this!!......ripoff!! do it yourself!.......I lost about 30 lbs. a couple years ago after my doctor told me to and recommended a local medically-supervised diet group....... the key is bring all carbs (not "net carbs") to very close to zero, don't get hungry at all during the day (healthy snacks between meals like sugar-free jello), and plenty of healthy protein at each meal......for vegies, green beans, cucumbers, tomatoes, bell peppers.....some real butter is fine......diet soda is fine for this purpose.......drink lots of water.......do some cardio every day for 30-60 minutes (enough to breath hard!)........ I lost 3 lbs. a week and it wasn't difficult as long as I kept myself from getting hungry....... the hard part is sticking with a healthy diet after you reach your goal!!! 😉

re: the "I Am Into" section of RM provider ads - there is the possibility that some providers deliberately avoid listing in it at all in order to give themselves wiggle room in deciding what activities they'll do at meetings......certainly not saying every provider is doing this, but some do......also, keep in mind other providers may not even bother to go over/look at the full list that RM offers (including some extreme stuff) for that section, which may lead to confusion at a meeting.......I seem to most believe the "I Am Into" listings that have just a few of the full possibilities RM offers - as if the provider took the time to select exactly what "they're into"...... as always, polite pre-meet communication, discreet and professional, is the best way to plan a successful meet

just tonight I was texting with a provider visiting my town.....after a couple rounds of polite texting (trying to confirm my sincerity and "real"-ness), I was very specific about what I like and asked if he was ok with it......didn't get an answer over the next couple rounds, so I asked again.......he replied that his fee is for time only and that he "likes a lot of things".......I was impressed with his professional discretion and told him so.......yeah, it's a bit of a tightrope navigating the payment thing and trying to make sure you get what you want! (however, because of a deposit request, we won't be meeting)......
