It's the same guy running the profile for "MasculineChris". He's doing a bait and switch. He'll do everything in the ad, but he looks nothing like those photos.

His Rentmen ad shows that he's in NYC.  Has anyone seen him recently for a massage or escort session?  Thoughts?

We need to get to the BOTTOM of this. 

To be clear, a "red flag" is a warning not a stop sign.  If a provider has no reviews anywhere, proceed with caution--but if he has no track record + one bad review (from the hidden comment, it appears that one reviewer wrote up the same bad experience twice) out of two on RM, and we don't know much about the one positive review (the hidden comment:  "Gorgeous"), I suggest that a red flag warning is appropriate.  I am open to a flag on the unfavorable reviewer, too. 
As with other providers, first-hand evidence from a trusted message board member would be useful evidence.  But until that comes, I'd keep the red flag flying for now.  

I just looked up the "trusted" reviewer and he has been a member of RM for less than 3 months. Lol

He & those photos have  been around for at least 300 years!

My favorite provider is guy married to a woman. A guy with three kids. The sex is passionate and enjoyable for the both of us. I was married and had kids as well. Now I am single, and have no interest in marrying a man. I'm more of a loner; I'd rather live by myself. I prefer "straight acting" (whatever that means) providers. It just makes me more comfortable, especially in public settings. That's just me, my personal tastes. The guys I fooled around with in high school and college all would fit into the "straight acting" category. The sex and interaction with them in the bedroom was usually passionate and full of energy. It was clear they were enjoying the gay sex. With only one exception those guys have all gone on to have wives and kids and "traditional" lives and family. Are they gay? Straight? Bi? Whatever! Call them what you want. Call me whatever you want. You do you. What you need. What makes you happy and comfortable. I'll do me. No politics. No confining labels. Just different strokes for different folks.

Last time I visited the CP the city was just beginning to ease Covid restrictions. Has anyone been there within the last year (2023)? I’ll be there mid-week on my next trip. Do mid-week days have noticeably fewer dancers? Which hours are best to visit? After 10pm? 11pm? Nothing worse than walking in to an empty bar. Thx for some current 411.

If I understand this correctly your interest rate is reduced by 3% in year 1, 2% in year 2, 1% in year three and then reverts to the regular rate in year 4.   This makes sense if you don’t get pushed into buying a higher priced home that you ultimately won’t afford when the rates/payments go higher in year 4. The question to ask yourself is can i make the payments at the year 4 interest rates today.  If not you are betting on your income going up by year 4 to cover the interest.
