How do you arrive at the conclusion that most RM reviews are fishy? I've contributed over 50 myself in the last half decade and my reviews were aimed at helping potential clients decide if the providers might satisfy them. I think most RM reviewers are similarly motivated. Sure there are exceptions and I happen to think the client who submitted the two negative reviews here is the suspect one. Just a question. If a provider has no reviews anywhere, proceed with caution--but if he has no track record + one bad review (from the hidden comment, it appears that one reviewer wrote up the same bad experience twice) out of two on RM, and we don't know much about the one positive review (the hidden comment: "Gorgeous"), I suggest that a red flag warning is appropriate. I am open to a flag on the unfavorable reviewer, too. As with other providers, first-hand evidence from a trusted message board member would be useful evidence. Seems either a duplicate dual negative review. Too bad the guy either can't stay off his phone (as alleged in the duplicate reviews) or maybe he should contact rentmen and have the duplicate negative review removed.
