For multi-hour appointments regardless of frequency I would think some break is warranted. The single hour rate is higher because of the fixed costs of travel time and preparation. If the rate is $250 for the first hour, the second should be more like $200 and I've seen some that go even lower. I've seen things like $300/1hr, $500/2hr, $800/4hr advertised. The only gyms I've been to that were completely open with just showerheads on a wall were YMCAs and HS/college locker rooms. Nobody used my HS showers and very few people used the college ones. My local YMCA installed partitions and curtains over the showerheads in the early 2000s.
