i'm not disputing that this happened as the victim described; I'm just surprised that this specific incident is getting felony charges given it seems much more severe assaults of women wind up getting much less aggressively prosecuted. Also, I tend to think being groped does not carry the same severity as being penetrated. I think the mother is really playing things up in hopes of getting as much money as possible.
