  1. I used to mix it in with Nesquik powder, then add milk and drink it before a workout
  2. Univariate analysis is, quite often, hot garbage. You know what's bad for a fetus? The mother having a fever. So you've got selection bias baked into the analysis and no good way to quantify it. And you can't ethically experiment on pregnant women.
  3. My doctor specifically only sends his self-pay patients to Lilly because the compounding pharmacies aren't really regulated. That's not to say there aren't good ones, just that his office didn't feel they were in a position to assess and didn't want the risk.
  4. I'm on Zepbound, which is the same drug as Mounjaro. For starters, i had about triple the weight to lose that you do, so it's possible the dose relative to weight plays a role. For the first couple of weeks my hunger signal COMPLETELY turned off. I think I could have gone three days without any calories and not been bothered. Frist week dropped 10 lbs then it went much slower after that. One thing to be aware of is muscle loss. Since I go to the gym nearly every single day I didn't initially notice this. But recently I for scheduling reasons ended up not lifting(but still doing cardio).for a week and I feel like I had a much steeper dropoff in strength than I expected. A colleague who was taking it for prediabetes issues and was not actually overweight at all was absolutely miserable on it. He had to work from home for the first month because he couldn't be away from a toilet for the length of his commute. So ymmv.
  5. Purplekow, um...I would recommend you cease incalls with providers who know your username.
  6. I can't comment specifically on your situation, but the insurance industry in general is starved for.talent, and due to the lack of sufficient training data, it's likely a bit more AI- resistant than people think.
  7. A gay man in the biz shaving some years off his current age,? Well, I NEVER!
  8. When it's your job to remember things the physical structures in your brain do change. A cab driver in London(where they are or at least were required to know the entire map of London) will have significantly larger hippocampus than the average person. The process of studying actually causes this change.
  9. The fact he's asking for client stats/description fairly screams it's going to be a YMMV experience and reviews are likely of limited use.
  10. Tylenol is a little unusual in that the toxic dose is a relatively low multiple of the therapeutic dose. Like if you forget that you already took your advil and take a second or even third dose you're not very likely to have a problem, but you could get into trouble with Tylenol. In some coutries they mandate it be sold in blister-packs rather than bottles to reduce the accidental OD risk.
  11. Yes. Like when you get on the treadmill or bike and start to exert yourself and your body just goes "Nope, not today."
  12. It's also harder to see color in low light...
  13. 3 month update...lost about 30 lbs so far still got 60-80 to go, and my bloodwork is ALL normal to fantastic for the first time in decades. Cholesterol 150, A1c 4.9, etc. Even my liver enzymes are in normal range.
  14. There's a selection bias in stats on coupled gay men's finances in that part of the reason they are "out" and in the data is they can afford to be, while straight data includes everyone. I definitely delayed coming out until I felt financially secure that even if I lost my job over it I would find another one etc. And I know a lot of single gay fiscal trainwrecks.
  15. It's the age old problem of corporations chasing perpetual growth in ROI rather than a steady profit. At some point you hit the limit of what you can squeeze out of the customer before they sour on your product. I used to go 5-6 times a year and now it's 2-3 and the last few times, if it weren't for the fact I was meeting friends, I would not have cared for the experience. What's sort of interesting is I think the high-end food places are doing better, because they haven't raised their prices by the same percentage. So the gap between the food court and the steakhouse is smaller.
  16. He's a grandfather now. As most grandfathers go, he's hot. Time comes for us all.
  17. This was what I was trying to get at.
  18. The problem there being that personal interactions are messy, not all communication is verbal and direct, and there needs to be some allowance for honest mistakes versus predation. There's socially awkward, there's the cad, and then there's the criminal. Lumping the three together - which a lot of people online do - doesn't seem to have helped much with reducing the worst offenders.
  19. That part, as I said, was clearly over the line and OP is right to be upset The others are very context dependent. And when the context in question is a clothing optional establishment where public sex is, at a minimum, not condemned, I'd say some light otherwise inappropriate touching is somewhat expected if not hoped for by many, and a "No, thank you" is a more appropriate response to an unwanted butt squeeze than "Well, I never! You ...you masher!"
  20. I would expect that's more common with bisexual men than gay men. I mean, I find the bi guys tend to be more into husky guys and manboobs. I have large pecs which I refer to as my bisexual detectors....
  21. Eh, naked gay resorts tend to advertise as a bathhouse environment so it's not quite the same thing IMO. That said, a no of any kind should be immediately respected and any kind of penetration attempt is not an opening move. Also, i am not someone who goes doing those things because I'm generally not bold, but, say, a squeeze of my butt by someone I'm chatting with when we're both naked isn't something I think is totally unexpected/outrageous. But persisting after I have declined is not acceptable behavior.
  22. In general, if they note that they are on PreP in the ad, I'd think it's a sign there's at least a chance, but the fact people who went aren't experiencing that would suggest it's a YMMV situation.
  23. I don't get it really. When you've got that kind of wealth and power there will always be SOME hot guy who will fuck you/be fucked by you willingly just to increase their chances of getting a part. Yes, you might not land the specific guy, but you can get someone equally attractive.
  24. Eh I used to believe the rumors about Harry but I can see Charles's features in him more so than that other guy.
  25. A neighbor who had lost her only child said "Eighty is enough" and though she did get treatment for her conditions, she ended up dying a couple of months after her 80th. She had pancreatic cancer which they actually more or less successfully treated, but she became so fanatical about controlling her blood sugar that when she got an infection several years later, she basically had "nothing in the tank" to fight it(she had gotten quote thin). But she was lucid until the end and was driving etc. She just didn't linger when it got really bad.
