I’d recommend MarcoXL AlfonsoXL Bbasar all are on RM, well-established & known people who return texts & easy to schedule. I’ve met them all multiple times. None are fakes or scammers I’d also say avoid providers who are new within last 4 years and/ or visiting from somewhere else. Marco & Alfonso do travel but are mostly based NY…I wouldn’t consider them visiting.

*Barcelona - Sauna Thermas - It only got better!
SouthOfTheBorder replied to imrthr's topic in Europe
He doesn’t work there regularly anymore - he’s on RM & seems to be mainly in BCN, but travels in Europe too. There’s been major turnover at Thermas post Covid and many long-time guys moved on. I saw him earlier this year - still very handsome & seems a bit more mellowed out -
Interesting pic for a new profile & second post. sometimes new profiles post a sexy avatar or pic to get people to follow - then when people follow, they promote certain providers not saying this person is doing it, but time will tell

Who has the Biggest Cock on this forum??
SouthOfTheBorder replied to Muscleking's topic in The Lounge
agreed - only bc straight guys don’t talk about their dicks nearly as much as gay guys. among gay men, the dick is often the most important thing so of course that’s going to be a main topic. just read the the various threads here -

we’re looking for different things & then your comment makes sense. I don’t hire guys less than 9”, so that’s the baseline low end when I filter. Several in that category showing no actual dick. And most of the providers are less than advertised. one guy who is 100% legit at 10” is MegaXXL who isn’t in NY very often anymore. He’s also super handsome & a very nice human. He’s by far my favorite of all time -

if you mean provider profiles - well, exaggerating comes with the territory & is expected. its smoke & mirrors on a good day notice many of the provider profiles that claim a big dick, dont show any dick at all. odd given it’s often the main selling point. it’s an automatic no for me - not even worth asking for pics. they either don’t have it or not smart enough to post it -

when I say big dick - I mean a real 9.5”+ that’s super power territory nothing wrong w big dick adjacent re; Big Dick Energy - you either have it or you don’t. A telltale sign someone has it is they never have to boast about anything - because they walk around every day with that big heavy dick that opens almost every door. You won’t hear them name-dropping, vying for status or fantasizing about buying Bentleys. It’s not necessary - they own what money can’t buy. Truth and then there’s Small Dick Behavior or SDB - which means overcompensating usually by way of cars, guns or constant need to mention expensive brand names or what they paid for something - usually talking about paying way more for something than necessary bc it’s an essential part of their status-seeking -
the trolling via fakes is one of two things A) jealousy B) gassing up providers (by providers) pick your poison

most guys have small dicks - and most guys lie about their dick size almost all guys are insecure about their dicks - thus, acquiring certain typical things to compensate when you have a big dick, you can pretty much do whatever you want, whenever you want - like a superpower it’s called BDE for a reason -
that will probably change soon here’s how it works - the unknown provider loads up his new online profile w fake reviews, often posted by a fake client name that leaves several reviews & in a short period of time. then new provider comes to COM & creates fake client profile which promotes the new unknown provider scammers are everywhere in this business - but the fake client profiles on COM seem to be a NYC thing because there is so much money here & competition is fierce among providers. It’s not a thing among the established long-term known providers in NY. It seems to be new arrivals in the last 4 years, since 2020. I’d say the chances of encountering a scammer are at least 50% or more in NY these days. It was not this bad before. Buyer beware

some of the deceptions are really well done & not easy to spot the guy I’m referencing was spotted a few years ago by several long-term members when he created a COM client profile & Rentmasseur provider profile on the same day - then immediately started hyping his provider profile here. It was obvious they were the same two people. When discovered early on - he went silent allowing enough time to pass for people to forget. Now he’s back - hyping same provider profile and other engaging w others in a deceptive ways the mods seems more interested in keeping a lid on vitriol & off-topic rants vs sussing out the imposters that are really pretty good with a lot of time & energy put into the effort. is it in anyone’s interest to have a fake client profile (who is an active provider) reviewing providers & talking about rates while trying to downplay real negative reviews ? btw - according to COM member posts - this one fake client profile is operating as multiple provider profiles these sort of deceptions add to the narrative of providers being dishonest & scammers. scammers in online anonymous forums are impossible to eliminate - it is possible to expose them tho & let people draw their own conclusions
-
recently discovered one member profile who posts as a client, but appears to be a provider I think everybody know it happens occasionally aside from hyping themselves and their provider friends - they’re trying to change perceptions of normal rates, deposit policies & rant about negative provider reviews by members here. when real clients disagree or have a different opinion, then the insults start a tad ironic to be debating typical pricing with a provider who is just trying to raise his own rates no problem with providers here making their points however they want to do it. But when assuming identity of a client then that seems to be a problem when discovered - should they be banned ?

Usual rates for hiring in NYC?
SouthOfTheBorder replied to MyWhorishWays's topic in Questions About Hiring
the one consistent thing here is alot of big talk w nothing to back it up. especially when it would be so very easy to do it most people that have lived in New York for a long time have a well-developed bullshit detector out of necessity. the $500 rate thing is bullshit, unless you’re just that dumb there is no list, mate -
Usual rates for hiring in NYC?

when you tell someone they can't afford something in that way, without knowing anything about the person - thats an insult. perhaps you're not familiar w local etiquette so, the list of very exclusive premium escorts would be on RM & available by a simple search ? RM doesn't have a search for rate since they don't have a field for it & it's forbidden. A keyword or hashtag search of 500 yields zero providers in ny There were 4 results worldwide providers can charge whatever they want. But none of them are getting $500hr as standard - that's all fantasy & bragging and - i hope you're not texting "mate" here & there when contacting providers - they'll assume you're not from here & then of course the rate will be much higher. that would be the tourist rate I'm still hopeful for the list - although we both know it's not coming -

when you rely on insults - you’ve lost the debate. anyone who routinely hires at $350/hr can afford $500 if they choose to do it. most just aren’t that careless or foolish lets see the list of the very exclusive/premium providers that advertise on RM or similar & get $500 an hour. If there’s no names - then it just more fantastical story telling on this forum ….and there’s a lot btw - this thread was started by a person who says he’s a provider, yet feels the need to survey people here about market rates - then he suggests he wouldn’t take $300 an hour but in another thread he tells a story about driving for 10 hours for a one hour appointment and getting ghosted by client & not paid. that kind of says it all - it makes no sense whatsoever -
Usual rates for hiring in NYC?

the part about what one is willing to pay is true - that’s whatever. but paying more doesn’t guarantee you anything or a “higher quality of interaction” this forum is full of posts about high paid providers who don’t deliver for one reason or another. and there’s no guarantee about discretion either - maybe if you have an NDA & who really does that ? there are certain goods & services marketed as premium products where there are guarantees of sorts - meaning someone will stand behind the service to ensure you get the value expected. hiring a provider is not one of those things. some people get validation by overpaying for “premium” products or services - that’s a thing in nyc among a certain subset of people who aren’t sure of their own ability to make good choices, or they’re looking for status. it’s the same set of people seeking out the very expensive restaurants of the moment only to find out the food isn’t great & the service sucks - but post all over IG that they were there. I’m curious to see the list of providers getting $500 - please post. shouldn’t be a problem if they’re advertising in the public domain -
several of the gay guesthouses offer day passes w access to pool, etc. they all cater to a slightly different clientele. Cabanas near Wilton Manors is popular & very cruisy daytime. Agree, Haulover is great if weather cooperates. Club Ft Lauderdale is the biggest gay men’s sauna in US & open 24/7. the bars in Wilton Manors start to get busy early afternoon - depends on the crowd you want. Ramrod opens in the morning & very cruisy

Usual rates for hiring in NYC?
SouthOfTheBorder replied to MyWhorishWays's topic in Questions About Hiring
right - because I’ve lived here for years, I’m not stupid & understand there is no need to overpay for same services that can be had for less advice to people visiting nyc - pick your top 5 and compare rates & availability. $300-$350 is the going one hour rate. It should be less per hour if booking multiples. Look for providers that have lived in ny for years, not the visiting providers or new arrivals. If quoted more than $350, buyer beware. If they ask for Uber after the negotiations are finalized, cancel & move on to the next. There are many options & you don’t need to overpay. Dont pay a deposit & tip only for superior service. if you can avoid letting the provider know you’re a tourist, that’s advisable *if you’re a celebrity, politician or member of the 1% - disregard -
Usual rates for hiring in NYC?
SouthOfTheBorder replied to MyWhorishWays's topic in Questions About Hiring
this is true. and nyc is the most expensive city in the world in 2023. my experience is people that live here are generally savvy consumers who suss out the value vs wildly overpriced goods & services the point is that some of the provider rates being tossed around here aren’t realistic & are not typical. a very few may pay those high rates and they’re probably tourists. someone was using the term “premium” providers - there’s no such thing. just some w overly inflated egos living in a fantasy world. nobody is getting $500hr on a routine basis. not happening just got a quote from a known & well reviewed provider today - $300 & no Uber. -
while the African countries offer much in terms of general tourism - they’re not known for being destinations for gay sex-tourism. Morocco was many years ago, but its completely changed now. sure, you can still go & risk arrest/harassment/extortion/imprisonment if that’s your thing you have to wonder why some want to choose the more difficult and/or dangerous options when there are other places welcoming & set-up for this kind of thing. Brazil & Thailand come to mind.

it’s Miami & Ft Lauderdale too: 10” of rain, waist deep water, interstates closed, do not travel bulletins, flights cancelled, Governor has declared disaster area - so, that’s two highly unusual rain events in Ft Lauderdale less than 15 months apart. more rain forecast for today this is mid June & typically the rainy season doesn’t start until later it’s all over the news - see for yourself Heavy Rain Causes Devastating Flooding in Florida https://www.nytimes.com/2024/06/13/us/florida-photos-floods-storms-miami.html?smid=nytcore-ios-share&referringSource=articleShare&sgrp=c-cb

for providers - the thing nobody talks about
SouthOfTheBorder replied to SouthOfTheBorder's topic in Questions About Hiring
this sounds smart & responsible for a provider - I really don’t see how 3 months could possibly work given the number of partners a provider could have during that time everyone says you’re only ok at the moment that last test was done & that’s true. but w more frequent testing, the probability decreases of unknowingly passing on an STI if asymptomatic
