Love this! (the 1st part 😉)

A coworker from India, very old school, was a serious cricket fan, watching matches on a special PPV channel. From the service class to the upper class, cricket was quite a British thing, at least in Maurice.

His 4th symphony 1st movement "considered one of the most arresting and dramatic openings in all of symphonic literature.". At the very least he was a symphonic drama queen.

The crowd willed Denmark into the final 5. 💙 Mexico, Venezuela and Nigeria looked best in the gown phase, are top 5 as well. Also Thailand. I would say Nigeria or Venezuela, will win, but they all deserve it.

Not always, true. Another advantage is checking with other profiles that left reviews. I've had some success confirming whether a provider is worth a try.

Shifting my 401K investments based on new administration?
TonyDown replied to Duwop's topic in Personal Finance & Investing
I recall coworkers exited stocks in the past, based on a new administration. That strategy did not follow what my financial advisor taught me. I stayed invested appropriately and benefited for it. That said, rebalancing asset classes to fit with your risk tolerance, already mentioned above, is a recommended strategy. -
My number would only show up on the nicest client database. 😇 That said, the Mr. Number App does not appear to have a free lookup, at least the one I just downloaded.

Grocery Surprises, What's Got Your Goat With High Price?
TonyDown replied to DR FREUD's topic in The Lounge
What's got my goat with high prices? Men's deodorant stick. Some brands offer much higher prices while the packaging contains less weight. I shop carefully! -

Hong Kong was a former British possession and then a dependent territory. Yes, it's complicated. -
My grandmother had a signed Wallace Nutting print on the wall that captured my attention when I was growing up. I was curious about the characters portrayed. I learned years later the print belonged to my aunt, that she planned to leave it to some museum out east, as if it was a sought after item that many would appreciate. Many years have now passed. The print showed up recently among my mother's belongings. After doing some quick searching on the Internet, it seems that Wallace Nutting prints are not all that rare, or valuable. Some examples found were sold for around $250. That said I'm still curious about the characters in the print, and about Wallace Nutting.

@sync I feel selfish steeling your thunderstick. I'm willing to be with my other crush, and let you carry on with Shohei

I doubt if Shohei would let me steal home. Probably go in head first, in my dreams.

I remember him being around when I came out back in Minnesota, long time. He was so pretty. Not that he isn't a looker now, but man.....he got a lot of attention.
