I'd be surprised if someone who doesn't pay rent has rights agains "eviction." I'm not a lawyer, but I'd think someone would have to pay rent to be considered an tenant. I've had arrangements like this last years, both sides quite happy. But the expectations need to be spelled out before any move-in. They've always slept in my bed (and cooked).
The operative term in your post is “I’m not a lawyer.” One doesn’t need to pay rent to have rights of tenancy. You only need to stay a certain number of nights.

I am amazed at how many ads there are on TV for prescription drugs, for medical conditions that I never thought were very widespread. Since the average viewer cannot get those meds without a doctor's prescription, I can only assume that they are intended to get the viewer to pressure the doctor for that particular drug, but I wonder how effective that advertising strategy is. I can't imagine telling my doctor what drug I think he should prescribe for a particular condition.
Answer: VERY effective. Otherwise big pharma wouldn’t spend the money for the ads. They work!

This may be obvious but humor me. Why would someone pay money to place a fake ad. How do they scam people?

Because I was besties with Jim Carroll. I know more than you do about the scene. So you can take your condescending attitude and shove it.
😂😂😂 is that supposed to imply some type of currency?

I mean why would you think a twink couldn’t be dom or top?
It’s not that they have an expiration date, it’s that that stereotype expired in the 1950’s.

I would probably be laughing the whole time if a twink tried to top me. The whole concept is comical to me.
Why? You’re applying an out of date stereotype.

No reason to be sorry.
Your contribution was very much on topic. (More than I can say of certain regular commenters who segue every conversation into their own.)
Happy for everyone’s amazing success attracting the twinks on Grindr.
Anyone else notice the irony of guys crowing about their success on an internet chat forum of paying guys for sex? 😂😂😂😂 -
Why would it matter whether you asked or it was volunteered?

He’s very popular on Twitter

I didn’t say anyone was drastically limited. I’m gay and meet guys on Grindr. But no beefy guy age 50 has TONS of opportunities with twinks on Grindr.

Not debating you.
My comment was that I get dozens of messages. I didn't say I was MEETING dozens of guys every week ! Who has time for THAT ? Plus most of these guys arent a match.
Point being, that just because you are in your 50s you're not precluded from being attractive to younger men. That's just a ridiculous thought.
If you're 50 and grotesque thats another issue...but the fellow posting this question did not indicate that was the case.
Exactly. I just don’t want the OP to be misled into thinking he will have TONS of opportunities with twinks because that simply won’t be the case. Just doesn’t work that way in the gay world rightly or wrongly.

I believe that all depends on your Geography.
I'm in NYC.
51 and I have dozens of guys messaging me every time I log on.
I’m in nyc also. Messaging is not worth $.02. Messaging is a joke. How many do you meet where no Gen is involved in a week?

Definitely it's you
I'm 51 and young guys flock to my Grindr profile.
There are TONS of young guys who have daddy issues who crave the attention of an older man.
The only advice I might give is that you will occasionally find guys looking for a sugar daddy. So be clear about the nature of the hook up. I find the more muscular beauty-boy types will engage in flattery, tell me I'm hot and then ask for cash after they have me setting up a meet.
Otherwise there are tons of average Joe's and skinny twinks who like to be ripped apart sexually and cuddled afterward and told they were a "good boy" for being such a whore.😉
To be honest there aren’t tons. Don’t set him up for an expectation that won’t happen. A 50 yo beefy guy isn’t going to find a flock of twinks just throwing themselves at him on Grindr. Great fantasy but only in the movies. There will be a few yes. But tons? Only in your fantasy. Prove me wrong.

My most regular sex partner and I do three ways frequently. I’d say 80% of the time he fakes an orgasm. He’s very convincing. I always have to ask him after the fact if it was real or fake hahaha. Most of the time if he wants it over he pretends to cum and that ends that.

It’s not so much about the masseur license, rather it’s the spa license that gets “compromised”… I.e. shutdown.
Most of the time we aren’t discussing parlors we are discussing individual rentmasseur providers.

I see you’re very new on this site @athaddict so welcome! You may not have seen - but you should respect - the cautionary note under the title Spas & Masseurs: “Please be careful so as not to compromise their licenses.”
It would be better (and more discreet) if you ask if anyone has had a good experience at a particular spa or with certain guys that interest you particularly
This has always struck me as more than hilarious (the official admonition not your post). Exactly how many of these ….ummm…”masseurs” do you suppose have licenses? Maybe one out of 200? Lol

@StarGZ insulting me was really uncalled for. Your idol worship and near delusional romance of the guy is in some ways admirable and in other ways worrisome. I’m sure he’s a nice guy and probably a good escort but I doubt, after this, I want to know. I have no more to say as I’ve really said my thoughts but the escort would do himself a favor by asking you to tone it down or be quiet.

As a consumer I find these posts and comments so strange. Usually when guys find a gem they keep it to themselves for fear of the guy being overwhelmed and prices going up and hence less available. This fan club cheering is so strange and almost makes me want to avoid him.

You need more than $1k to be with Cade Maddox. He asks for a pic and want OF type guys in addition to the $1k per hour.

Not really.
He's clearly doing what makes him feel comfortable and I'm sure his reality past makes him marketable to people who want that.
Again, just because it doesn't fit into your little box of acceptable doesn't make it bad.
You're in the wrong sandbox if you want to judge people for their sexual jollies.
Not to mention the ageism in the comment.

I’m vaccinated. Twice. I can’t control or verify anyone else’s vax status. My own vax status is enough for me.
