If I were a betting person, I would lean for it either being the same person or - the two people ( Ivy League and this provider) knowing each other (from the same classes?) or have, together, discussed this site in depth.
Is this comment related to BrunoBrazilXXL in some way? Bruno doesn't claim a PhD, and his education was in Brazil.

No, I do not know him socially. He has such lovely reviews here it is hard to square with the personality on socials. Made me wonder whether someone has stolen his pics and is catfishing. I’ve just avoided both.
